This Restaurant is likely one of the worst in the country. It takes forever to get your meal and when the burger arrived it was cold. You could hear the cashiers talking to the staff at the back who kept getting order wrong and cooking the wrong burgers. The place was also filthy nearly every table was a mess. It's like they have given up, customers will respect the place if the staff did in terms of keeping the place clean.
The restaurant should be gutted and they should start again

The worst Burger King venue and food!!
It needs a upgrade. They need security to stop the drunks coming in and the random people coming in trying to sell things. It needs a deep clean. The service was not fast and my burger was cold the cheese wasn't even melted! The toilet was also out of order which was an inconvenience. I will never go to Burger King again!

The hamburgers are good, but the place is a bit run down and the staff is unprofessional (although nice). It would be extremely important to keep this place clean. Also I hat the neat sensation that one of the server smoked before serving us.

My Granddaughter and her Grandmother visited the restaurant at night on Wednesday 29 May 13 and ordered a portion of 20 chicken nuggets and other items and paid for them. They waited for a while and then were told by the server that they were nearly out of nuggets and only had 13 left. The manager was requested and confirmed that there were no more nuggets and a refund was made. My Granddaughter was left with only a bag of fries to eat and was very disappointed. The manager could have offered the 13 nuggets at a reduced price or even as a good will gesture. Furthermore the manager and the server had an extremely poor command of the English language and were very difficult to understand and had trouble comprehending what was being said to them. In the grand scheme of things this may be petty but it is this lack of customer service and consideration that will cause customers not to return.

Food is fast and fine, as you'd expect from any Burger King. The biggest issue with this particular Burger King is the location, and the number of people that the location brings. There aren't enough staff to keep the place clean, and people are in the habit of leaving empty trays on tables you'll have to clear yourself.

I like Burger King. But this is easily the worst run Burger King I've been to. Service is slow and they rarely have salad to substitute for fries. At least the Whopper tastes the same as elsewhere. Has improved recently though.

Two store entrances confuses the queue for ordering. A lady in front of me told the cashier twice that she was next and twice she was ignored. Those who had entered the entrance nearest the counter are able to served quicker than those who enter from the other entrance. Then when it was my turn, I was ignored similar to the lady in front. I eat here every now and again only due to the fact that it is convenient from where I work, literally next door.
However, the service is very slow.
They have 4 tills but yet only 2 of them remain available throughout the busy lunch period.
The food and drink are well over priced with McDonald's not too far away being cheaper.
Also to add - the staff look very miserable each and every time and have trouble understanding what your trying to ask/order as 99% of them are from different sectors of the universe.
The decor is so out dated and absolutely needs a refurb from a good paint job to new tables and chairs and maybe possibly paint some smiles on the workers faces.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Two stars as the food is not terrible and its convenient.
