Apart from Bricklane, this is another great place to get a bagel for breakfast.
Quite close to waterloo tube station, the Bagel Factory has a great choice of different bagels for breakfast. The menu provides also different sauces on top of the bagel's price, as well as different meal deals including drinks.
It has seating available but it is more of a takeaway place. Therefore, you are on your way to work or university and you want something quick and good, the Bagel Factory is a perfect choice.
When I go there, I usually have a bagel with bacon, cheese and egg, but there is a plenty of choices and mixtures which depend on the customer's preferences.
Nice fresh bagel, decent price for being in the middle of London. The salmon seemed to be Fresh and the bagel was really yummy, could’ve done with more cream cheese so I will ask for extra next time. Great for the morning commute and a change from going to pret!
I visited this place several times during my recent stay in London and I am very pleased with the service and surprised by the high quality of the prepared Bagels. First of all, you can compose your sandwich yourself, starting with the type of Bagel and ending with additions, or use ready-made sets, e.g. the Classic, Tuna Melt, Salt Beef Melt or Hallomi Melt. I must admit that my favorite set is Cheese & Jalapeno Bagel with Smoked Salomon, Cream Cheese and Lettuce. The service is very fast, they offer additional Snacks, Meal Deal with Soft Drinks or large selection of Coffees and Teas. It is definitely a better alternative than the nearby Burger King or McDonald's a bit further on the Station. All Staff always very polite and helpful, especially a foreigner young man. Highly recommended.
Great vegan options and lovely staff

I have lost count the amount of times I've been here, and I can honestly say they are by far the best bagels I've ever tasted (onion and multi seed and butter).
Ps I just looked at your reviews, sorry but how can you comment on the bread, it's like going into a Chinese restaurant, and saying your poppadoms aren't very nice. Lol
Samantha was absolutely lovely and our bagels were really nice. We had Salt beef, hallomi and a plain ham and cheese for our 4 year old. Thanks for keeping a hungry family happy - especially as it was my bday! We hope to visit again when we’re back!
Everytime I go to this Bagel Factory there is a man there who is the manager. I must have been here 40 times and every time his smile and customer service is impeccable, he always remembers me and the quality and speed of food is delicious. You are very lucky to have this man working for your company as I am lucky to have him give me such a great experience. He really makes Bagel Factory in London Waterloo station like my local eatery. Very impressed that the bagel factory offer so many vegan options that are so different to the standard options you'll find on the high street. Helpfully they open early at this branch. They had they've breakfast board up but if you ask they can also make anything from their full menu. So I went for the "vegan bagel" (Vegan cream cheese, avocado, tomatoes and black olives). Tasty and plenty of filling, I always find bagels a messy but worthwhile job to tackle without being too messy. Sadly, the avocado wasn't that tasty but finding a good avo can sometimes be hit or miss.
There were 3 people working and only me ordering but they weren't that fussed about me waiting whilst they got snacks for themselves and pottered about, but otherwise quite pleasant.

I stop by here twice a week for my daily cinnamon and raisin bagel with cream cheese and flat white. The area manager always remembers me and runs the place extremely well, dishing out meals extremely fast as people are in a rush during peak hour. Hats off to him and the team
