Kfc Chiswick

Very poor customer service. We went here at 10.40pm, the shop shuts at 11pm, and when I ordered I was told they only had chicken and hot wings left as they'd run out of all other food!!!! When I asked how this could be I was told they were shut. I pointed out the operating hours on the door only.to be told it was an old sign!!!! Settled for chicken however when we opened the bucket it was covered in grease with a pool of grease sitting in the bottom. This has to be the worse KFC ever.

Really bad experience, Grey Chicken meat, sloppy coating obviously put chicken into not very hot oil to cook resulting in oily soft coating.which fell off chicken meat. Hardly any chips which were cold and limp. I had to throw the whole lot in bin after doing 12 hour shift for the NHS. Staff seemed smiley and pleasent unlike my meal.

Food for the most part is bland and flavourless. Waiting times are however not very long even though it can get quite packed for a small shop like that. I don’t recommend the wings however the actual chicken pieces can be nice. Once coming into the store, the staff were fighting and one had a milkshake thrown at them which hit the wall, was not a good experience clearly..

SLOW SLOW SLOW! Honestly this is one of the worst KFC branches in London, if not, the UK. The wait for food is unbelievably slow. Once you get the food it’s KFC standard. The staff always seem depressed and clearly don’t care for customer service. Also I’ve seen weird price measures such as charging for sauce. The two stars were because it’s been nicely refurbished. However, 2/3 of the staff were talking to the plumber who walked in today, leaving only 1 staff member to prepare about 4 orders, so I can only imagine it’s still being refurbished as excuse for the poor service.
