I always feel incredibly happy and motivated after a good sweat at DANS. I love that they focus on Latin rhythms for their workouts and choreographies. I absolutely love dancing and I’m so pleased I found a very beautiful studio in London with great attention to details and very energetic instructors to do so.

IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARTS,I WOULD! I found out about this place online and, after my first class, it became the only place in London where i like to dance and sweat! It is not just about the amazing diverse group classes and great environment that surprised me, but it is also about the lovely people and great teachers that work there! There’s always so much energy and power during their classes that you don’t even realize how much you sweat! I also recently started PT sessions with one of their trainers, Bella, and i’m loving it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

It was my first time there, everyone made me feel so welcome. I was very nervous as it was my first time out and dancing after lockdown they made me feel very comfortable. The facilities are fantastic, the studios are decorated with bright colours and beautiful paintings, they have showers and changing rooms with toiltrys and hairdryers. They provide lockers witch you make your own pin. They have very good social distance messures, with markings on the floor and hand sanitiser through out the building and have someone cleaning high touch points. Overall the class was amazing I felt so confident the teacher clairs is fantastic she is so encouraging and enthusiastic.
