I went to Gail’s in Putney today for a lunch with my friend I must say the customer service and coffee in this shop is outstanding the 2 ladies serving me were super helpful and explained every product for us you can tell that they have a lot of passion about their job! Very well done Gail’s Putney I highly recommend for everyone to try their amazing coffee, cinnamon buns and most important the professional and friendly customer service!!!
I came to visit Gail’s for a cake and coffee with my friend. The 2 ladies serving me are super friendly and were very helpful and recommended me a new product the strawberry ricotta cake it was delicious! Also the coffee was the best I ever had! Having such an amazing smiley people working there I highly recommend Putney Gails! ❤❤❤❤❤

They have the best latte in the area and the staff always shows the best customer service. I'm a regular here and the baristas always brighten up my day, especially a girl who is so chatty and passionate about coffee. She always has a smile on her face. I can't wait to come back again! Thanks
Popped in off a coffee just as the shop was closing. The 2 young women welcomed me like I was the first customer ofthe day, not the last in a Friday evening. It was the best oat latte I’ve had. I’m only sorry I never got their names. Would definitely recommend the latte and this store.
I'm glad to see the same team surviving these plague times. they have long provided a community hub and good coffee with friendly service by a good team of young baristas always up for a chat and a 'hello how are you'. This is a vital extra thing you don't get from another local coffee shops . Long may it hang in there!
Great service. Such an amazing selection, always want to try something different. But today a girl, her name is Nur, she offered me a hot spinach roll just from oven, now its my favourite product from gails. And hot chocolate as well. Will come back .

I popped in Friday to ask if they'd have any plain scones on Sunday (Mother's Day). The two lovely ladies behind the counter were very nice and said they would do their best to accommodate me. So Sunday morning I popped in only to find that a bag of 8 plain scones had been bagged up and put aside for me. I'm very pleased with the service provided and although I'm not a regular customer so they don't know me, they still went ahead and did this. Thank you so much Putney Gails!
As an Aussie I take my coffee seriously and am always nervous when I see a new face behind the coffee machine. But the new barista (long dark hair) made my coffee this morning and it was perfect! Happy little vegemite!
