The staff here are very friendly and polite, the lovely lady that served us was very accommodating and made small talk with our children which made it a lot more enjoyable.
We later realised that the lady that served us “Larissa” ( I hope I spelled it right), was actually the store manager 😎
Overall, great experience and good standard of quality, the shop was busy but clean and a good atmosphere.

A big contrast in the service between this store and the very bad service we received in costa bakers arms….
I guess I’ll just stick to the Leyton mills store in the future

Lovely experience, such a tasty cappuccino made by fantastic Ukrainian barista! I really in love with extra dry cappuccino she made for me! I recommend this Costa for cozy atmosphere and lovely staff
