Chicken was dry and tasteless.
Burger small, good size but no taste
Fried chips horrible and soggy. I was quite worried seeing the vegetable that was used for the burger, old, dead looking lettuce.
I had to stop eating the whole meal binned them, as i started to feel sick from the taste of tje chicken. Seemed off before it was coated with so much flour n fried dry. Very disappointing.

Service here takes forever especially at lunch and afternoons, as well as the staff being rude and not preparing the food correctly multiple times, this is also the only kfc I have ever been to that has bars between the customer and the staff.

- The toilet facilities are out of order, so you cannot wash your hands before or after having your food.
- The seats and tables are unhygienic to eat and drink.
- The members of staff are excessively busy to clean the seats and tables. They even forget to serve the essentials, e.g. cups, plates, wet wipes.
- The food is excessively greasy, which does not taste to my satisfaction. I would not miss it for the rest of my life.
- The litter bins are full, so you cannot throw anything.

It took us 30 minutes from queueing to order collection. Chicken was nice, some very small pieces though. Manager was very attentive when asked to check the pieces, he swapped them as requested with a kind attitude. Well done here.
Please improve your waiting times. It was for taking away; I went there instead of ordering online and I was surprised that the price was cheaper, in my choice, it was £2.50 less (without taking into account the £2.50 extra for delivery).

Easy to park. Usually getting food is quite quick. Tuesday has promotions, ended up waiting 30 mins for the food because it was so busy and shop was packed. The food was good and received everything ordered compared to other sites where they got orders mixed up.

Fast friendly service, food tastes as good as other KFC branches. Located in a very convenient place, near the tube station, this does mean this KFC is always VERY busy but the staff handle everything very professionally.
This is a very small KFC though which means there is sometimes hardly any seats free. Visit this KFC very often.
