Excellent. We went for afternoon tea around noon. The shop only had one employee and this poor guy was running himself ragged, but he got people seated and their orders and checked up frequently and overall he was just great. The food and the tea was also delicious and there was plenty of it at a reasonable price point, but honestly what was most impressive was that one employee running everything and running it well.

A great restaurant with lovely staff and afternoon tea at a very reasonable price. There were lots of options for vegan and gluten free and they all tasted great.

The Tea Terrace is a beautiful place for an Afternoon tea with your loved ones. Food was very nice - scones especially. Chips were lovely too. Staff was very helpful and excellent service provided by staff called Carmelo, he made sure that we had a great time there. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful experience. In the heart of London a topical and not extemelly expensive experience of afternoon English tea! I suggest you to order Afternoon tea from menu. You can taste a lot of sandwiches scones and sweets. The place is romantic and people are lovely!

Beautiful tea terrace for coffee or tea time. Quiet place on the top floor of House and Fraser and with a special decoration and good service. Recommended.

Our server was very friendly and hard working. He managed the front of house by his self in a very speedy manner and was still took the time out to take a photo for a friend and I. He was very friendly and professional. The food was very good and surprisingly filling. I can’t wait to go again and have recommended to friends and family.

Amazing decor and excellent customer service the whole time we were there. It is a great way to enjoy a special day as I took my daughter for her birthday treat and booked the princess carriage. It was lovely! We had the afternoon tea and everything was delicious and fresh. Definitely will be going again.

I visited with my mum taking advantage of the 'eat out to help out scheme' and we had a lovely time. Food was fresh and delicious- I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of sandwich fillings and scones to choose from- I had never had white chocolate and fruit scones before! We also had the option to have beetroot bread and also spinach bread. The waiting staff could not be faulted and made sure we had everything we needed. Lastly, the tea room itself is gorgeous and beautifully decorated! Really impressed with our visit and we will be back.
