Domino's Pizza

The driver has delivered the pizza to the wrong flat and left it there, even though the person told them they didn't order anything. The driver didn't make sure that the name on the order is the same as the person who was giving the pizza away to. On that order was my phone number so the driver could have just called me and we would sort this out. I have called the store and asked for a new pizza. The store manager was very rude and not helpful and he wanted me to pay for the new pizza although I have already paid for the previous pizza which I didn't get. I was very disappointed with the way the manager and the other 2 people I have talked to were treating me. I was on a call with them for almost half an hour and they still wanted me to pay for the new pizza. I didn't make the order again and will most likely never use Domino's ever again. 0 starts if possible

In self isolation and ordered a non contact delivery from Dominos in Pimlico. Not only did they forget to deliver one pizza out of two, they also gave us the wrong soft drink and when they finally delivered pizza number two 25 mins later, it was the wrong pizza (beef instead of chicken...). Not impressed!

I ordered a pizza at 22:22, I called back an hour later to see where it was and I was hung up on. Called back again to be told my order had been cancelled. I had no missed call and my doorbell never rang. I order with this Dominos all the time and I mostly have problems. Dips I pay for are usually forgotten, drivers rarely have the right change, and they are rude when answering the phone to inquiries. I love Dominos and wish I could order from a different branch. Very poor service!

We ordered £82 worth of pizzas online at half seven. After an hour we called the shop to find out when they would arrive. They sounded confused and after being put on hold for several minutes failed to provide a satisfactory answer. we gave up and asked for a refund only to be told this would take several days. We argued the point and eventually were promised a cash refund which did eventually arrive at ten pm.

Terrible food (lack of hygiene?) which led to food poisoning and appalling customer service. The so-called "manager" of this branch is unqualified and does not have client's best interest at heart. This store should not be allowed to operate. DO NOT ORDER from this branch, there are safer options (Pizza Hut / Pizza Express) 50m away.

I ordered my pizza online, and arrived there about 10 minutes later. Once there, my pizza was not ready (not even prepared), they asked me to wait a few minutes. 15 minutes later, they told me again that it was not ready, and I had to wait 10 more minutes. I got a small dessert for free, but still, I was disappointed on the timing. Other than that, the pizza was good! Edit: I guess my bad experience was exceptional. I recently ordered there and the pizza was ready very quickly!

Ordered food at 18:15 and at 20:10 I phoned the restaurant to ask where the food is? I was asked so many 'Security' questions that I felt that they are FBI .. Then I was told we are so busy we have been doing three or four things at once so your order is delayed. Not a single apology or trying to sort the issue. I said ok what do i do now? He said let me speak with the manager, then got back to me saying we offer you a free bottle of drink! What a joke! I said no I don't want nothing free, when is the food coming? 'Let me ask manager' get told again that he doesn't know when my order will be delivered! ridiculous! Asked for a refund then the manager got on the phone saying the refund takes 'long' you still want a refund? I said yes I still want a refund, her respond was I am too and can't process your refund, I will speak with the 'IT GUY' and tell him you want a refund when I am free! absolutely fraud! I have been in touch with my bank and getting my money back (Even though it was nothing!) but they can't get away with such horrible service! AVOID at all costs! There is a reason why their google review is so bad!
