I thought my overall experience in McDonald’s was beautiful the scenery was to die for however when I asked to have a plain chicken legend with out the chicken because I’m vegetarian I got a dirty look from the lady serving me and I was absolutely dictated. Lastly I went into the toilet and there was now loo roll or loo roll despenser one of the toilets was filled to the top with urine and I thought that was so discraceful however I soon realised why as there was no water in any of the taps or toilets very disappointed with this how everything else was perfect and definitely recommend goin there
Mc Donald’s is great anywhere and this one is no exception.
I visited this one several times and always sat on the first floor instead the ground. All in all a nice place.
Staff here are always lovely, and helpful, even when it gets busy. I gotta give them a 5/5
Actual building could use some work, entrance can get cramped. Facilities to sit and eat aren't plentiful, and the upstairs seating area is often closed
Food isn't 5/5 but that's McDonald's its "cheap" fast food lol. Prices aren't cheap but I know the taste isn't meant to be gourmet. But that's not on this specific one, it's pretty general.
It’s a McDonald’s, and it’d not a bad McDonald’s per se but it’s not the best. It is always busy (can’t be helped) however this can often lead to a loss in quality. Cold fries are a common problem here. As well as this the kiosks almost always print barely legible receipts, which is weird since receipts are printed using heat not ink so idk what’s going on there, but I’m not an expert in thermal printing. The staff however are top notch & for the most part they meet your expectations quality wise. Also, it’s super clean. However, Camden branch is busier yet quicker and has less quality issues. Still would recommend if you want McDonald’s and are in K-Town.
Said is amazing at his job. Was cleaning the floor when we came in and it was immaculate. Then helped us to a table - all whilst having a big smile on his face. Give him a pay rise!!
Amazing service. Food was served quickly and efficiently. Needed sauces later and given smoothly. Other Maccies take forever with food. Even though it was busy, I got my food in good time. The atmosphere is good too no people barging. Staff worked efficiently even at this late hour of 10pm. Thank you (just went to a concert at the 02)

I popped in before a gig at o2 (issiah rashad if you were wondering, was sick) and honestly it was my best maccies experience I've had in 10 years. Staff were super helpful, food came out quickly and piping hot and everyone was lovely to me. 10/10 best maccies in London
