I had a absolutely great experience at upper crust Waterloo station the hospitality was fantastic I loved the food and the customer service was phenomenal the person why assist me was sabiha and sapna they are excellent people so we’ll mannered and I’ll recommend this shop to everyone great work guys keep it up👍👍👍👍

Fantastic Experience.. I try cheese & tomato , Brownie. They are very fast. Maybe around 10 sec they gave me my food very Fast service the boy Umang And Farhana they very humble staff also very fast 😄 like flash... Must visit this shop...

Salmon baguettes were very good; better than the croissants only because I’ve had fresh croissants elsewhere before. Customer service was excellent and the display of food was very nice and clean. Good hand half food for a train ride. Thank you.

Very proud of myself for choosing the right place to get food. The tuna and mayo baguette was absolutely delicious, and the handmade brownie was way better than those I had in 80% of cafes. Definitely amazing quality for a 🛤 station food.

The chicken tikka baguette 🥖 taste great and fresh. The coffee was also to the point. Little hot though. The staff was great and served with a warm smile… will visit again…
