Excellent food, excellent service, highly recommend
Food was great and tasty. Place is a little old needs to be done up but cant fault the food and prices.
Just had some take away from here. The food was absolutely delicious with great flavours and tenderness. Well worth a visit.
Dishes I got. Lamb curry boneless (excellent), chick Tikka, chicken kababs. Food was fresh and service was very good. Staff was friendly and attentive. First the prices seem medium to high. Not the cheapest on green street. Not the most expensive. Lamb curry was amazingly tender. Curry was rich and full of body and flavor. Chicken Tikka have that lahorish kind of flavor but nothing compares to lahori food. Kababs are somewhat dissapointment. Not the best.
Food at this place was served hot and tasty. Clean tables and atmosphere.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Masala tea served piping hot at the end of the meal with halwa was a beautiful end to a wonderful meal.
We usually make trips to green street 2/3 times a year...so not often. Being a large family and shopping we tend to buy snacks from here which are good sometimes it varies on the salt but other than that okay.....but the server always makes mistakes either it's wrong/missing items...but We are forgiving....now the RESTAURANT eating in ..reading the reviews I feel like the south-asians there have just become too snobby...like seriously half of you guys are complaining just because you can? minor mistakes, like hair, happen. what type of grand apology do you want?... PEOPLE, the foods alright, its cheap!! the portions good. Especially if you're hungry. They try their best. Don't expect starred service or any it's just a regular casual restaurant....my kids love trying all places around green street
Love the food and vibes here. Have been coming here for years. My trip to Green Steet is not complete without eating at Himalaya's.
My typical order is a double kebab, samosa chaat and tandoori wings. All washed down with chilled can of Rubicon Mango 🥭 😋
The staff are always pleasant and welcoming.
My only recommendation is the toilet needs updating.
Lovely halwa puri and, most importantly, good customer service. The owner and staff working there are very polite.
