Food was tasty and met the standards of KFC. Presentation of my Mighty a bucket for One was all the chicken pieces and fries were thrown into one bag. My drink took time and the call out of my order was not determinable so my order sat on the counter until I came searching for it with my receipt. There was only 3 stools available to eat in from at counters. Luckily a stool was free to allow me to dine in rather than stand in the street to eat. No napkins were available at all and no straws were offered as was no condiments like tomato sauce or mayonnaise offered, all of which had to be asked specifically for. Liked the food, hates the service.

Very Bad Service . Waited for 20 minutes when the food was ready for collection on the display tv and also I was asked for Dine in and didn’t receive and tray and disposal plate which KFC used to have. Also my order was one short of Strips which should be 8nos was only 7nos . I came to note because I ate from the restaurant or else should I need to come back all way from home to restaurant. Please need to double check the order and confirm. And if we asked for the short it’s feel bad by the staff and checking by we lied. I asked because I paid . I had the same bad experience from East Ham KFC.

Quick service. The Inferno chicken bites are decent. I got the most spicy flavour which is peri Inferno bites. Enjoyed thoroughly.
