Love the price great location the view from my room is amazing but the pillow is very bad lol my only complaint. Everything else is all I could ask for for a few nights stay! The staff here extremely kind and helpful! If I come back I’d book again.

I recently stayed at Spitalfields, a student accommodation, and I had a wonderful experience. First and foremost, I must mention Malik, the night manager, who was an incredibly kind and helpful person. He made sure that all the residents felt safe and comfortable during the night.
However, the standout star of the staff has to be Bethel. He is undoubtedly the best staff member I have ever encountered at such accommodations. His friendly and efficient service truly sets Spitalfields apart. Yusuf and Amako were also very good, always ready to assist with a smile.
One of the biggest strengths of Spitalfields is its security. I felt incredibly safe during my stay, thanks to the vigilant security team. The accommodation's proximity to the train station was a major convenience, making it easy to travel around the city.
Spitalfields also boasts a fantastic Sky bar and a well-equipped games room, providing great recreational options for residents. The amenities certainly add to the overall experience.
What truly makes Spitalfields exceptional, though, is its lovely staff members. Their warmth and dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay left a lasting impression on me. If you're looking for a student accommodation with exceptional service, safety, and convenient access to transportation, Spitalfields should be at the top of your list.
Malik Ji, Bethel, Kamel, Amacu, Yusuf are all very responsible and sweet. They make us feel very safe in the building.

Good accommodation with full of facilities, close to tube, restaurants, markets, and banks. However, I would recommend moving out before June since the accommodation is renovated during this period before opening for next semester. My contract ends in August, and I received a short notice email informing me to move to a smaller room and the instruction goes almost the rest of my remaining time stay there.
This student accommodation was a dream come true! From the warm and welcoming staff to the top-notch amenities, it felt like home from day one. The location was perfect. Safety was a priority with excellent security measures. Maintenance was prompt and efficient. I’ve made lifelong friends. Highly recommended for an unforgettable college experience! A special thank you to Mr.Malik, Bethel and Moshin for making this accommodation always feel safe.

I moved into Chapter last September and have really enjoyed my stay here. Im a masters student so a bit older than the rest of the residents however felt comfortable and very much at home from the minute I arrived. The facilities are fantastic, with a well equipped gym, library space and views over the whole of London.
The most important aspect for me was feeling safe in a huge city and I can honestly say the security in the building is second to none. I understand residents feeling like its difficult to have friends over, however this is for our own benefit. Nobody is allowed to enter without registering at reception which I think is a good thing.
Ive got to know Rosie the manager at Chapter Spitalfields over my time here and its lovely to see a smiling face as you come and go from the accommodation. She always does her upmost to help and make your time the best it can be.
Its a great building in the heart of the city and I'm so sorry to be leaving. Yes theres been a few issues with general maintenance etc but nothing thats not been dealt with. Id definitely recommend residing here as I've loved every minute of it!
