Mcdonald's

I have been in this McDonalds now three times. Every time I have come to order food in here, the first thing I notice is a strange smell in the air. Tables are always dirty and full of bags left from previous customers. It doesn’t matter when you come, you’ll find the outside crowded of delivery drivers that look disgusting as well as the staff. They seem to not prioritize hygiene, as of the only time I’ve entered to the toilets it was again miserable. Poor service. They don’t even offer receipts and when you ask they just tell you the number of your menu. Plus, the first time I ordered there was a very unpleasant girl who seemed to be bothered by everything, she was rude to me. They are always confused and do not know from where the food’s coming, I would recommend you to check your meals before you go home. Food too spicy, I didn’t even finish my wrap, and I always do. Potatoes were dry and poor quality. They run out of ingredients very often so when I ordered a McFlurry with smarties they just couldn’t replace it because they did not have more, that denotes a bad planning on stock.

Dirty people , dirty restaurant hairs in all our food. Absolutely disgusting 😤 nasty people you would of though a massive franchise would take more precautions to prevent this nastiness from happening obviously dirty people working here amd no one bothers with quality control, absolutely disgusting

The slowest service of a "fast food" branch I've experienced. Arrived at 4:30am, no touch screen ordering, only 1 till open out of 6 - took over 30 minutes to get to the front of the queue and then they flipped to the breakfast menu at 5. Spending half an hour deciding what to order and looking forward to food, to get the rug pulled out and have to switch last minute. The customer behind was vegan and going to get the McPlant meal, to then be told they only have hash browns for breakfast although she watched them get packed into takeaway meals for half an hour. She had to order 4 hash browns in the end. The toilets are dirty and broken, and the cleaning sub par. AVOID IF POSSIBLE, ONLY ORDER ONLINE.

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had in any business, not just a fast food business. Ended up having to leave the store without the food I'd paid for as it was total chaos and the staff were like rabbits in headlights. Emailed customer service to complain and request a refund, still not heard from them!

No screens to order on.. no app to order on... Hurrendous service.and totally swamped and overwhelmed with delivery drivers.. and to top it off, I was sick after eating part of this discusting cold chicken bigmac. We came here two years ago and it was the same hurrendous service as it is today. Stay away from this place.
