Aside from how terrible the food is (sludgy, tasteless) they are also misleading customers. I ordered a meal deal and the drink was a child’s size, less than 300ml cup. The attached picture gives quite a different impression (the drink looks normal sized)

Do not go. One friendly staff member, the others couldn't care less. Food looked disgusting, disconcerting when it comes to meats. Taste was dissapointing for a burrito but not the most disgusting thing I've ever tried. Price was normal. Will not be going back. There is a great burrito place called Tortilla a 10 min walk south of here by Russel Square tube station and another by King's Cross. Go to one of those instead or head to one of the other restaurants nearby.

Ha! Just looking at the reviews here and was reminded of similarly awful experience in August 2017. Had been travelling back to London most of the day, hungover, and felt like a burrito would hit the spot. The signage made the place look appetising enough but there was something off about the lack of customers in there. Ah well, how wrong can you go with a burrito? Turns out, pretty wrong. Our order was met with a look of total disdain from the girl behind the counter. We asked a perfectly reasonable question to which she replied tartly before proceeding to make the burritos with a startling lack of love - yet still carefully measuring the quantities of each ingredient, at one point weighing the half-made wraps on the scales. Not what you want to see when you've forked out £8 and not eaten all day - what turned out to be a pitifully sized burrito. I wish we'd backed out and not paid for them as just on the size alone we felt ripped off. The burrito itself was a bland mushy nothingness - with barely any meat in there. It really did leave shock us how bad the whole experience was!

Poor food (salad tasted seriously gone off), poor portion (half a spoonful of veg, half a spoonful of beans in a vegetable naked burrito) and terrible service (no one spoke in full sentences, nor said "please" or "thank you" when serving/taking payment and when I was looking for a bin they directed a bin by the cash machine that was not in the permitted area for customers and the staff expected me to try my luck and throw it in - I laughed at this point). Absolute waste of money and time, never returning again.

How on Earth is this place still around? A burrito is a simple dish to make. Mexican peasants can make them perfectly well, and in decent portion sizes, so it is beyond me that such a place can be so spectacularly bad. I should have read the reviews and swallowed my £10 note, it probably would have tasted nicer.

Disgusting worst restaurant and customer service I've been too. Went here and ordered a burito they ran out of chicken so was only pork and beef left. Served by a short thin Asian lady she had terrible customer services looked really miserable and did not want to be there. She looked like she was on another planet to the rest of us. Very unegaging, complete opposite of good customer service. Rest of the staff rude and not caring
The food was disgusting. Tasteless and felt sick having just one bite. It was cold and was not fresh. Had a refund straight away. Staff weren't shocked about me taking my food back nor did they look surprised it was like they expected it.
Very expensive!! Dirty tables and unclean and rude staff.. also to top it all up horrible food
AVOID. IF I CAN give it 0 stars I would !!
Do not go there!! This place should be closed down for good. I have been turned off burritos for life.

They ran out of warm veggies, so I waited 10 mins while they warned more in the microwave (no problem yet). I made the mistake of passing while waiting.
When the veggies were cooked they refused to start making a fresh burrito, using the wrap & rice that had gone cold and dry.
After all this, it wasn't particularly nice, the rice was occasionally hard, the got sauce didn't really have any taste other than Tabasco.
I threw most of it away.
I won't be returning.

Pretty much a repeat of the previous reviews. It's expensive and small (which I can semi forgive being part of a major metropolitan train station). However it's tasteless, utterly tasteless. Also it is one of the few places that charge for jalapeños, 50p for what may aswell be 7-8 jalapeños that come from a jar. It's loosely wrapped by clearly uninterested staff. The experience left a bitter taste in my mouth, the burrito left no taste in my mouth.
