Absolutely disgraceful place to eat! Dead silent in there and everyone felt so awkward. Food was bland as hell and tasted the same and at £9.50 it's disgusting. The staff were damn right rude. Stood behind me the whole time making me so uncomfortable. On their phone the whole time and not interested in their customers. With all this in mind they had the cheek to put a £3 service charge on the price. When we decided not to pay it they moaned at us. Because we refused further that we wasnt going to pay it they started speaking about us in their own language! If I could give a minus star then I would

Literally the worst meal I can remember having in a long time. I like good food so this place made me sad. Service was checkered - you are tripping over staff moving around the restaurant but most are hanging around the central bottleneck between food, tables and tills, and they are not very attentive to customers. The food itself was awful - bland, or not living up to visual expectation at best, downright unpleasant at worst. We were forced here when we had only 25 mins to eat before a theatre trip, but I now wish we'd just gone to McD's. I don't know how this place stays open in China Town with so many fantastic restaurants nearby. Avoid!

Not sure where to start. Went in and it was dead quiet. No atmosphere at all. Most of the staff were on their phones. Food is very very average. You pay just under £10 for the buffet. No idea how this restaurant stays afloat. I assume it's because it relies on footfall rather than repeat customers...

Generally was alright, however the choice is rather small. Noodles were very bland, however most of the other food was nice. The service is atrocious, the staff are rude (basically shoving customers out of their way) and they dare add a 10% "discretionary" service charge. £9.50 for about 8 dishes + rice/noodles is already rather steep and the 10% makes it really overpriced. In future, I would suggest the £12 buffet round the corner.

Absolutely vile! Cold bland food that had clearly been out a while, my 4 year old choked badly on the over cooked chicken and rude staff didn't even bat an eyelid. To top it all off I was shouted at for politely saying I didn't feel I should pay full price as we had barely touched the food!!! Dirty bathrooms full of flies, cold disgusting food and awful customer service!! Needs shutting down!!

Worst Chinese meal I have ever had. Greasy and poor dishes. Prawn toast with no prawns, chicken and sweet corn soup like wall paper paste gloop, slimy chow mein, hard spare ribs that are deep fried in batter, etc. We came out of it feeling sick. If you have kids they get charged as an adult if they are over 1.2m, we had 3 with us, youngest was 6 and he was over the limit. Lot of money for what we got, my bottle of beer was the best thing.

I would give it 1 star, but I have tasted worse food. This place might be cheap but it is certainly not cheerful. There is very little selection - it has the usual's like sweet and sour chicken and beef black bean. I'd say there was a total of 5 or 6 mains to chose from. Egg fried rice (no boiled), some noodles and chips. There is also the choice of some sushi, which I wouldn't risk at this place and some very bland chicken and sweetcorn soup. The limited choice isn't the worst thing about this place, I've always stood for quality over quantity but I have visited this restaurant twice both times either the rice or a couple of the mains have run out, and it has took about 10 minutes to replace. The staff are extremely uninterested and don't seem to have a great grasp of English, I spent 2 minutes explaining what a large coke was, only to still have a small coke turn up. Maybe they only do one size, but it was certainly a struggle trying to communicate what I wanted. The decor is embarrassing for a place in central London, the price is cheap, the food is average with little breadth. The seats are uncomfortable and the worst thing is the crowd. On both my visits I sat near some of the most intolerable people ever. If you really are strapped for cash, maybe this place is for you, but after giving it 2 chances. I say avoid at all costs. I'm surprised given it's location and the reasons I have stated, that it has survived this long.

This was one of the worst, uninspired chinese buffet I have ever given the sad opportunity to eat at... Unfortunately, had followed the online Top 10 Chinese Buffet list and I most certainly don´t recommend. Apart from the beef dish, everything else is bland. Even the sesame toasts are a miss... The manager is a woman you feel as being despiseful of both the patrons and the staff. Not a positive feeling. Also, hated that they serve your coke with too much ice, in a glass, so to dilute the quantity... Poor guys, in this 21st century world, it is very sad to see so little soul in a business...
