The food is great, best chips I've had in a very long time! Chicken is very good and well deep-fried. Burger meals are well worth it and are pretty good for a quick snack on the go or for a takeaway. The place doesn't offer any sitting spaces so it's always a takeaway.

Had to wait a while for the food to be cooked which was reassuring as I knew I had freshly cooked items rather than ones that have sitting there for ages.
Tasted amazing as I’ve come to expect from Sams. Served hot and the chips were crispy.
Never had an issue when getting food from here. Will be returning.

Good food but with the recent price hike it’s quite steep. You expect to pay that price and eat a gourmet burger near buy.

I was a very demanding customer today with a particularly detailed order for a large group of people. Nikeeta or Nikita went out of her way to accommodate us and made our order just the way I had requested. It was not an easy task.

Really nice local option for chicken, I would recommend the fiery wings and coleslaw!
Sometimes they take some time to finish frying the food. But all the staff wear masks and are very clean!

I'm very inpresed with the new decoration to the restaurant, also the staff were friendly and food is much better than before.
FYI.. I have stopped going to Sam's before because of the duty manager on shift, she new nothing about customer service, rude and unprofessional.. She gave us about ten ships in order, I felt that I just got robbed.
