Ordered two custom ice cream cakes from BR Whitechapel and although when it came to tasting the flavours the staff were a bit rude, the lady that took the order and her husband were great. The service was professional and I was delighted with the cakes! The family and guests absolutely loved it! I will definitely order from them again. Don’t let the staff put you off, order and in confidence.

The quality of Ice cream is really good. Flavour and cream and texture. The shop looks nice and clean and hygienic. Staff are always happy to help and if your not sure you can taste for free.

Not a big fan of the decor, its a bit too plain for my liking. The food option also seems to be a little limited but what they do have is pretty good. I particularly like this place because of the convenient location. At the heart of Whitechapel, if your around there then I would definitely recommend it if your looking for some sweet treats.

Nice food shame about the rude attitude of a certain female member of staff on the phone. Half my order didn't arrive , when calling the shop she had a very bad attitude with my husband. Maybe she needs to work in her people skills
