These are my favorite donuts when it comes to VEGAN donuts. Yeah sure there are non vegan options here but I personally like the vegan ones. I think it’s got coffee as well! It’s a little stall that you see in the middle but it’s great!

Favourite doughnuts of all time, love going there, however, this time around the customer service wasn’t the best. Received unnecessary attitude from the kiosk working when making my order, this is the only reason I deducted a star & gave 4 rather than 5.

The best doughnuts ever! So many great flavours and a nice dense consistency that’s not too sweet like some other brands. The pumpkin Doughnut that’s out now is amazing. If you get there just before closing time they do two doughnuts for £6 which is a good deal considering the full price.

Delicious (vegan) doughnuts and the nicest staff. Was visiting London for four days and came back each day to try a new flavor. The ladies at the stand were lovely. Highly recommend :)

Thank you to the friendly member of staff working on the 26/09/2022.
I was originally going to visit the Canary Wharf branch as they both had 8am (earlier) opening times.
I had to buy these donuts for a birthday gift.
This location is closer to me, but when I arrived the branch was closed (830am).
Stating the times displayed are incorrect, 9am is the official opening time that day.
The girl who served and assisted me went above and beyond to help me and saved the day.

I visited crosstown doughnuts for the first time on my way home and was left absolutely satisfied. Funda's great energy and customer service was faultless. She recommend me the Cinammon Scroll which was perfect, literally melted in my mouth. I will come back! Thanks Funda👍

I was visiting London recently and wanted to bring some donuts back for friends/family, and was struggling to decide which donuts to go for. I was served by a lovely member of staff called Elizabeth, who was super patient with me and helped me put together a box that catered to my friends and family's tastes. She was really pleasant to be served by, and was very helpful in explaining the vegan options. Amazing customer service!
