Generally very happy with the customer service when getting the Service B sorted on my Merc E Class. I arrived bang on at 8am to drop my car off, here is the lowdown at Colindale. Drop-off When dropping off the car, I noticed the entrance is on the left turn (Carlisle Rd) just before the Shell petrol pump which is adjacent to the dealership. There is someone at the gate wearing a fluorescent coloured jacket, you need him to help you "check-in" to the car park. He provided me a slip which I then had to take inside. The chap was very friendly but wasn't sure if my car was an E or C class. 😄. Note there is a bus stop directly outside the dealership which is great for people who don't fancy spending a double digit sum on an Uber to get to work or home after drop-off. Reception No queue as I arrived first thing, some staff were still arriving but the staff that received my service request (which was prebooked in July 2023) could not find my booking on the internal system - which was slightly concerning given that I had booked it over 3 months ago. This delayed my check-in by 15 minutes but the gap was filled by a very lovely elderly Irish lady at the coffee bar. She provided a very nice light hearted banter which was pleasant and even made a nice cappuccino for my wife and I. Eventually my booking was identified and I was greeted by a very well spoken, originally Italian, chap and made the check-in experience very smooth and accurately noted any other concerns I had with the car. Good job! Mid-service I got a phone call advising me of some break pads that needed changing (this was not a surprise as the car was already flagging this to me when I initially checked in). Collection Uneventful (which is good). The same member of staff that checked me in, helped check me out including the additional charge I had to pay for the break pads. He was very pleasant again and even had a short banter with my teenage girls who joined me for the collection. Bonus point I noticed there was a prayer room available at this dealership which I thought was a very thoughtful and inclusive facility for those who wish to observe prayer whilst at the dealership (and I assume also for any staff). That was great to see and thank you for offering this facility for anyone needing a quiet space!

I was a bit disappointed following an MOT when the technician said it had failed - but they could sort it, so it passed that day. But then I received a call back (I was sitting waiting in Reception) to be told the parts were not in - so I had to come back - and it was not straight forward for me to do that. Wish the parts availability had been checked before telling me it could be done. This is the reason I did not give a 5. The rest of the service from Colindale was good.

The person who handled my issue was extremely professional, covered all my questions, all in all would recommend this place for great Mercedes car offers and for servicing as well! The awaiting time was relatively short, at lunch time my car was ready to drive away!Very well Done!

Firstly I would like to thank Mr Ikram Khan for his exceptional customer service. He was recommended by a close friend and he certainly did not disappoint. Mr Khan went above and beyond to meet my needs and expectations, particularly his patience and genuine interest to support me and make sure I left as a happy and content customer. I made a few visits to the branch and was very inconclusive about my decision, however Mr Khan assured me consistently and did not expect me to make a decision promptly, and most importantly worked within my means - which is something very hard to find these days in sales! I cannot fault Mr Khan in any form and I certainly recommend his kind assistance, as well as exceptional customer service. I am beyond happy with the outcome of my purchase, as well as service.
