He is very polite, charming and always has a smile on his face. The store is always clean and the atmosphere there is just amazing. I am always having a great experience there. Hope for the future there will be more employes like him in other wenzel stores :)
Wenzel's offers a wide variety of options for everyone, hot food including vegan sausage rolls, hot pastries and pizzas, toasted paninis and wraps as well as hot baguettes. They also offer a wide selection of sweet treats and have expanded the vegan range of doughnuts which are delicious. Hot drinks are priced reasonably and the fresh bread selection is very popular with locals. I went to buy lunch for work colleagues and we were all extremely delighted with the food, pizza baguette I would recommend and the vegan ring doughnut, special thanks to the staff who were very polite and helpful and maintained good mannerism even though it was extremely busy. Agnes the assistant manager was very helpful providing recommendations to me for new Vegan products and her service was outstanding, definitely recommend this place and we will be back.
I use the Wenzels on Golders Green rd several times a week.
Their service is fantastic.
Front of house you are greeted by a "Rylan"lookalike who is continuously smiley and super efficient regardless of the growing numbers of customers in peak time morning.
Ably assisted by a team behind the scenes who seem to work at a phenomenal rate all the while keeping the ambience within the shop cheerful and professional.
They make tailor made orders that are second to none.
A pleasure to go in there knowing I'm getting a first class service.

Noori and the blonde lad are ace true gentlemen helped my old nan out loads was helpful reading the ingredients for her as she has some issues with types of bread always caring and making sure the local community is okay am going every time i can my morning now starts with a coffee and a bacon bap yummy
The staff are really friendly, good at making you feel welcome and that you are a valued customer. The food is also fantastic. I would highly recommend Wensel's the Bakers to anyone who lives in the area, or who happens to be passing through!
