Anthony has been very helpful in sorting out our storage requirements.
I have been storing with Safestore Battersea for 7 years, and have never had any real cause for complaint with the store.
Safestore's head office and accounts procedures could do with a little work though..... As always, it's the corporate, not the customer-facing, staff, that let the business down.

I am a lorry driver and I 've had a collection job on a 20' container at Safestore Battersea yesterday. The reception guy was very polite and helpful even if he didn't knew if there is a crew there for me but he made some phone calls and set it Up. He gave me permission to park the lorry very close to the storage area door and we managed to get the job done really quick. Lots of parking spaces inside and also facilities are good from any point of view.
Good experience even if I don't storage anything in their place but highly recommended.

I was under pressure on the day, but quick,efficient, very helpful staff! Even people who I spoke over the phone. On my check in day, Julio even let me use he’s WiFi as I didn’t had my bank statement with me on the day! Very good team effort! - so far I had a very good experience!! The customer service at this Safestore was second to none. All of the staff were courteous, knowledgable, and made really useful recommendations. The facilities were exactly what we were after too. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
