Truly an incredible experience. To say that I am in the debt of the hospitality professionals in this amazing space is an understatement. I was traveling abroad and found myself in a rather difficult position regarding work. They kindly opened themselves and their space to suit exactly what I needed. Their are no shortage of eateries in the amazing London Bridge area but Brigade Bar and Kitchen should be top of the list for any business traveler. Thank you again!

We popped into the Brigade Bar and Kitchen on Friday evening. We were greeted by a very nice woman who said we could take which ever table we wanted and then promptly given the menus and asked if we wanted any drinks. We were not rushed, the tables nicely spaced out, good vibe and music and a really nice atmosphere. Nice drinks selection and range of food, not overly baring menu. We ordered and food came just at the right time, not too quick and not slow. We really enjoyed our meal and the restaurant and service, half way through we said we would defiantly come back and recommend and how nice the staff were. I popped to the gents (nice and clean) and then I noticed a post about the restaurant and how they train and provide jobs to those most vulnerable and everything fell into place. This restaurant represents those that work hard to achieve when they are down in life, a credit to the charity that supports them and Simon Boyle the founder and CEO. We are not often in London but when we are and out for dinner we will defiantly eat here. Well done all of you!

Pleasantly surprised by this place in a busy and touristic L.Bridge area; the food was great (we had a picanha steak for 2 to share), some sides, wine and espresso martini but what really stands out is the social work of the restaurant and the great customer service. It's so rare nowadays to ask customer which table they would prefer, do not rush them with the order and don't interupt every few minutes etc. So really thank you guys for that. Decor is nice, a bit loud/busy on Thu evening but still was possible to have conversation without shouting at each other😉The only thing that Id change is the pudding menu - only cheeseboard, icecreams/sorbets/fruits combination... can we please have some cake back on menu?🙏

Very nice restaurant. The food was great, the service was amazing and the restaurant is really well decorated. The social work of the restaurant is incredible. Really happy we visited this restaurant. Ordered the fish and chips and the piccana which was the day special and the flavors were really good. Recommended!

Walked in off the street not knowing what this place was about, and I’m so glad we did. Thomas the manager here explained how this kitchen/business supports the homeless community and people in need by providing the training/experience/opportunities to become successful chefs and on to great careers in the service industry. Hands down one of the best service experiences and a feel good experience overall, knowing that a portion of your meal supports the people who really need it.

Hello There !My name is Alma Gyenes.I visit the store today in London Bridge the staff was so rude and unrespect for the customer .Basically the situation is I ask for hot chocolate and I get it and unfortunately it was cold .I went to the woman who's serviced me and tell to her excuses my hot chocolate is no enough hot she not say to me anything she tell to the barista for sarcastic make 1 more hot chocolate and the woman who was stand there to make the coffee she told another lady make 200 celsius temperature and the lady behind the till she start to laugh .Let me tell the milk for that temperatures are burned so she want to service me that hot chocolate because she doesn't like to make new .So where is my respect I give a respect to them and nothing is come back .This is really bad and all staff is like so rude and don't want to work .I'm sorry for that but this is make me really sad and disappointed.When I went to the counter also to talk the lady who was assistant manager and explain she say I know she told me and I didn't make for u ....Waoo wonderful u are such a nice lady thank u to not burn my thing again or what she want to say thanks .Can someone wrote me back and give it to me answer please how is working for that coffee shop .Thank u so much <br/>Kind Regards <br/>Alma Gyenes .

Every student knows the stress final year involves, and how much coffee and comfort food is important, especially during those long cold winter days where you're stuck doing your dissertation (i still have nightmares!) Well, this particular Costa Coffee kept me sane!<br/><br/>Now all Costas are the same right? thats the whole point of franchise..and so yes the cakes and drinks are great, but to be honest they're just like any Costa, what i really loved about this one in particular were the staff! They were not only friendly and always made a point of checking if i was okay when i was clearly drowning in the immense number of books! (Thank you!)<br/><br/>They were sooo nice and considerate, they brought over teas and coffees (i paid obviously!) and were always engaging and friendly, even trying to help me with my work! <br/><br/>To me this is what makes me come back, and although i haven't been in a while, i think i will always see this Costa as my favourite in regards to the service as well as the food!
