The person who saw me first welcomes me in a jolly fashion. He made my day. Clean, and was constantly cleaned between customers. Nice food, clean toilets. Loved it. And lots of space to sit downstairs.
The best Pret A Manger in London. The best customer service ever!!!
I haven't been there more than year but now I moved back to area, so visiting time to time. I have to say that shop is nice. It has the sitting area downstairs - but it use to be closed afternoon. I miss the ginger hair girl who was supervisor there during lockdowns, she had best customer service, but she is not there anymore. One big negative is that a toilet is nonstop closed.
