Peri Peri Original

Giving 1 because 0 is not available. Ordered a meal for the work team and the restaurant sent 2 bags, one with the food (missing a green salad) and another one with a lot of sauces (20 mayo and about 10 ketchups). I have called the restaurant saying that the green salad and the 2 soft drinks were missing. They said that sent 2 bags and the soft drinks and the green salad were in the seconds bag (the one with a lot of Mayo and Ketchup), I said that it weren't in the bag, after a while I decided to do not wast my time arguing. They didn't send the missing stuff and refused to refund. The food is acceptable but the restaurant is extremely disorganized and it has a terrible customer service. I will never order again......

Absolutely awful customer service. Phoned to place an order and the man sounded so miserable. Seriously if you are not happy with your role, make a change!!!! The reason is because when you can’t be bothered to listen to someone’s order, you get it wrong. It absolutely sucks when your order is finally delivered ( it took almost an hour to arrive ), and it is wrong and when you phone you get the guy who wasn’t bothered when he was taking your order again!!! Will not waste my time with you people again. Good luck with your business because from reading your reviews, it does not look good for you. So maybe that’s why the man sounded miserable. Oh yeah, and thanks for not sending any sauces.

Hi I came to see friend in the area on the 16th Nov. I was starving I went into the shop ordered a chicken pitta meal the shop looked run down. The ordered takeaway while I was driving I ate the chips they were 10 10 no regrets....I parked up the car to eat the chicken pitta I took one bite spit it out as the Chicken had a bad smell it was defiantly off. Avoid for sure worse experience of peri peri. Put me off chicken for a while.....

The fried chicken was dry and tasteless they gave us some weird sauce which we thought was bq sauce my son poured it on food it was like a mint sauce ruined the food the boxes fell apart food went everywhere the staff weren't that friendly and rushed our order buy saying customer are waiting. I eaten there in the past at the restsresta some time ago you need to buck your idea up or close down leave it to the professional like KFC

Food is nice, but regularly have to wait well over an hour to expect delivery. When you try to call them you'll be left ringing for ages, or, like what just happened, they'll answer and immediately hang up! Been told the delivery is on its way, still waiting 10 minutes later, restaurant isn't even a 5 minute drive away
