I don’t think it deserves the bad wrap. Pizzas we pick up are always hot and well topped. Sure not the most efficient or friendly service but 2 pizzas and change from £30 is good value.

It’s delicious each time. Helpful and effective staff both when delivering or collecting. I tried another Papa John’s at friend’s place SE London. Pizza didn’t taste as good as it does here and on both occasions they made mistakes. I’m very happy with East Sheen branch.

When I go visit some friends by Richmond, we sometimes order some pizzas from this Papa John's. Great quality coming out of this establishment. They recently renewed the store as well, it looks great.
But do take my reciew with a grain of salt, since Papa John's is my favoured fast pizza venue when compared to Dominoes and the likes!

Must be around 20 orders in total. Always fresh, hot and delicious and delivered promptly! Order has always been correct too. Definitely the best pizza around by miles. Highly recommend.

I order from here quite regularly and they are consistently generous with toppings, tasty and quick with delivery! Also, their customer service has always been great - they even resolved an issue for me when it was MY mistake!
