Have previously oredered from here before from uber eats and enjoyed it, I ordered again but there was a issue with the order once I recieved it. I phoned the place up and told them my issue, the issue was resolved quickly and personally by the managment team over there, excellent customer service

I’ve ordered their premium munch box a few times now and everytime it’s been perfect.
Firstly portion size is amazing and I struggle to even finish the meal that’s how much food you get! And then the taste is actually tasting and full of flavour!

I just moved here, one fun part is checking out takeaways and man, feels like I score gold.
I grabbed a takeaway chicken burger as a meal and it was FANTASTIC. My chicken was fried to order, so were the fries. Quick and efficient and bloody delicious!!! Definitely will be back :)

6 of us went for a birthday meal last night and everyone was impressed with the superb service and tasty meals. That's saying something as we have some fussy eaters! The burgers are some of the best you can find in East London and you should definitely try their loaded fries. We really enjoyed our experience, thank you and well done Burgotown, we'll be back :)

The food is really delicious, and the burgers are very juicy with lots of choice for toppings and extras! The chips are very crispy and have become a family favourite!! They sometimes put too much sauce, but otherwise absolutely amazing and good customer service too!

Jus left this place...saw it on tiktok <of all places 😏> ages ago...when they were jus openin & finally found time to give the place a visit...got the double burgo/buffalo chicken/Philly cheese steak...bit too much buffalo sauce on the burger for me but the food was nice 😬 I've been to many places where the gourmet burger is dry but the double burgo was decent/moist/juicy...personal choice I for one enjoyed the more meat to bun ratio...finally the cheese steak... lemme jus say this - better cheese steak than fatboyz hands down <that's the only other place I've had a cheese steak 😄> bhaisab did forget my loaded chips but got a free drink at the end 👍 <unrelated: bonus point for the other bhaisab who was the 1st person to guess where I'm from 😎> will be back for the loaded fries/dessert 😏 service from the brothers was good...

Favourite place to have takeaway! The food is made to perfection all the time and you're able to taste the quality in the food. I've been a returning customer so many times and love all the food there! My go to order is the chicken burger, one of the best out there. Super yummy food, amazing service and clean space.
