Absolutely loved living there, back when it was built (2015-2017)!
Modern flats, great 180 views on London from our balcony (from stratford to ally pally)🤩, thick walls (no noise unless massive party), massive rooftop to see the fireworks, we didn’t use the heating once as the flat as so well insulated and south facing.
Very convenient for transports as well.
The only problem was L&Q and the crazily increasing rent (from 1000£ to 1300£ in 2 years for a 1bed flat)
