Coconut Cafe' Caribbean Restaurant - London - Photo album

Was on my lunch break and walked around looking for a halal restaurant, came across this and loved the jerk chicken with rice and peas! Curt was cool. A bit unconventional, you ask Curt for the menu and it's cash only, so I gave my order and went out to get cash from the Sainsbury's across the road.
Lovely food! I spoke with Curt today and asked him to put extra gravy with my stew chicken. He was lovely helpful and friendly and when the food came it was so delicious! Will definitely order from here again!
Very impressed with the consistently good quality food I've ordered from Coconut Cafe. Clearly made with love, tastes authentic and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. Only thing I recommend would be more transparency regarding what the menu items are and what ingredients are used, espec
Food is always great, great service also. Love the oxtail!
This place isn't far from me so I always collect but just had to leave a review because my goodness the food here is really good! Proper home cooked style Caribbean food. The chicken is very good quality and cooked perfectly with the meat just falling off the bones. The dumplings are beautifully sof
Curt has excellent customer service skills. Was really hungry and in a hurry. He made me feel right at home and even gave me free plantain. I've ordered from here before and the store visit was lovely. Definitely reccomend
The food here is amazing. I order at least once a week. It’s consistently good. Delivered piping hot, freshly made, nothing missing and great portion sizes. The quality is superior to many Caribbean takeaways and I hope it stays that way I’m very impressed!
Food is always on point! My favourites are the brown stew chicken and macaroni. The man and his wife (I believe) who own it are really lovely. I always lean on the glass and he always kindly reminds me not too. My nieces favourite is the barbecue chicken wings and rice and peas. It's one of the only
Stumbled across this place last week had the curry goat beautiful fell off the bone very good quality haven't had a curry goat like this for years from a small takeaway
We’ve been waiting to try this place since moving locally and it was worth it! We had the jerk chicken and stew chicken with rice and peas, as well as the red pea soup and a festival! All delicious, as good as my mums cooking 😅 We will be back!
Proper food like the old Caribbean way. Nice people running things. Good size and always seasoned well. Lately Caribbean takeaways not so good. But this one is way in the lead. Beats tropics, grannies , Lulus, humming bird , even yum yums. Hope they around for a while.
Ordered through deliveroo. Food came quickly and was pretty good, portion size was decent. Will be ordering again, I had the stew, redbeans and rice and fried plantains.
Just ask what they have on the menu first and bring cash,, you'll enjoy it! Customer service is good and they listen to you, asked for food to be extra hot and it was..delicious!!
Just discovered this eatery. The food is outstanding. The most flavoursome Caribbean food I am ever likely to enjoy! Will definitely be returning.
