Love the serene environment, the ambience and architectural set of the library. I did used a third party service provider on the property ans it was very okay.

Great place with friendly staff. Only drawback is WiFi isn’t fast enough for the number of users.
Wonderful helpful pleasant manner staff. Lovely to see children doing Art work in the holidays and young families reading books to the little ones. Lovely and clean too.

Except a few rigidly robotic staff members, the library is a great place to read and use the slow (old PC s) computers.
Most books are of non-academic nature like fiction.
A very few general books in Maths, Science and English are in a back shelf, upstairs.

East Ham library is a warm and welcoming space which is much needed and valued at a time of ever increasing hardship and vulnerability for many members of the local community.
They have good collections of books and quiet place to sit. Bright and clean. Friendly and helpful people working there.

Very helpful members of staff and many activities for all. I'm a little concerned about the risk of children leaving the building through the automatic doors and getting knocked over. Maybe a member of staff always at the door meeting greeting and directing the public could prevent children escaping
