Such a spontaneous trip here and I have no regrets at all! The food on the menu looked appetising and there was 50% off offer on the sushi, when we went there! The food, that we ordered, was prepared so fresh and the sushi was at the right softness and fluffy for me, that I could enjoy the rice with the filling, and additional sauce, all together! Truly wonderful!
I am not sure how long they are going to keep the 50% offer up but if you're in/near Chinatown, London, I would definitely give this place a try! Lovely service! :)
This is a great restaurant with very friendly staff. While they do have some great veggie options, I do wish they had a larger variety. I had their vegetable gyozas and sesame bun dessert. I definitely recommend this to anyone who likes Japanese food!
The sushi and hot food here is really good and at a decent price. The only downside was the staff who came across a bit rude and odd.
Come here for sushi pretty much any time I'm in the area - with the 50% off it's the cheapest fresh made sushi you'll find in central London, and the quality of the fish is always good. Spicy dragon roll and Unagi are standouts. Occasionally the sushi is made ahead of time (and you can really tell), but it's still worth the gamble compared to going somewhere like Wasabi.
Japanese style interior with freshly made sushi prepared as well as to order. The opening had half price sushi, which was excitement value for central London. It tastes fresh and authentic, would definitely come back to eat again. It has some inside wooden tables with stools for reading in, but no toilet as far as I could see. Great for lunch or a quick dinner in the West end.
Ordered through Karma which gives discounts on restaurants near you and the food was very good for what I paid. A little more salt or a bit of soy sauce on the side would’ve done wonders. Display one the fridge where the cold sushi is really sucks... not appealing at all but overall good experience!
I haven’t tried the hot food but the sushi was pretty decent, they currently have a 50% off promotion which made it taste better! The staff was really friendly and the sushi standard is on par with most take out sushi like itsu or wasabi. I don’t know how much I would like it full price but the discount definitely helped!
The last few times I have been here the sushi was cooked fresh and it was delicious. I’ve had the crispy duck, prawn and the crab claws. It’s definitely the tastiest sushi I’ve had in a while. Don’t be put off by their old food on display lol
1.60£ for 6 pieces avocado maki is an unbeatable price!!! It’s not the best or freshest sushi but I can’t say anything bc it costs 1.60£. The only other downside is that u have to pay extra for Wasabi but I would still recommend 6/10
Nice lunch deal of 50% off almost all things. Nice variety of dishes thought it does seem - though I could be wrong - that they just heat things up premade.
