Kfc Alperton - Western Avenue

The chicken was so tasty and juicy. I had ordered a box meal with a chicken piece and additional wings. I was surprised by my chicken piece it was size of my chicken wing. I made a complaint but the lovely Ranjini was great. She apologised and gave me a proper chicken piece. Excellent service by her.

The person who took my order at tills was super friendly and helpful .The other staff were also so sweet and kind to me! lovely customer service The food was clean as you could tell the oil was new.The ice cream machine was working unlike mac donalds .This branch was much better better than other places such as wembley… Love the fact that that its halal.Definitely coming here again ! The only reason why its not a 5/5 KFC review is because the tables were cleaned after the rush hour.

The food is so nice and fresh, friendly staff and they maintain good hygiene standards in store but the problem with some customers, their eating way is so disgusting, they think it's their own house and throws the rubbish all over the store, don't have any sense to bring their own food trays into bins, left over all food on tables, that delays the efficiency of the staff so I address people to eat clean and maintain the store premises clean, I know the customers are well educated but poor in culture. So before complaining please make sure you are maintaining your own self

Food was good old KFC! Can’t argue with it! Service was fine and cleanliness too without being exceptional but certainly in line with fast food expectations (hence 5 stars). Some reviews complaining about service, cleanliness and order accuracy which I can see how it might happen because the place is very popular! Saw one or two not happy about missed orders. My advice is be diligent and don’t give staff a hard time. They are trying their best. I did notice they got a 5 star for hygiene which is what matters most next to taste :)
