Food is delicious I recommend the lamb and beef burgers the meat is really tender but this is the first time I have tried the grilled chicken burger and I am fairly disappointed as it was very thin and hard to even bite in, really dry. wasn't really edible I was expecting the grilled chicken to be more juicy and tender. Chips was lovely. Overall everything I would say is excellent but please do improve the grilled chicken burger. Thanks for the top notch customer service. It was raining and they were very considerate to double pack my meals.
Thier food was nice. Enjoyed their wings. Better than what I expected. Probably would go back again. The suggestion would be if they try to improve their atmosphere a bit more so this could turn out to be something. The place was a lot more fancier than a local PFC shop.
Service was brilliant from Jack the owner. Food wise the beef burger was really nice also the chilli sauce is nice with a kick. Would recommend to get better chicken steak burgers and chips. But overall very nice food joint. Will be coming back again
Alhamdullilah, very delicious burger (mcdaddy). Wings were fresh, clean, and tasty. Chilli sauce also on point. They also accept card payments. The place looks very clean at front and back. Cannot complain. Tried it for the first time and was glad I did. Will definitely come again.

1st time ordering from Jack's, I must say at first impressions I was surprised to see their setup from professional machinery to good custermer service.
I was greeted with a pleasant smile, food was on point crispy fries, stright cutt Donner meat and most importantly crispy hot wings.
Reasonably priced and a place I will be returning to for my in the go lunch.
Highly recommended 5* review.
I come here quite regular on Sundays. The service is always outstanding, very attentive to the customer and polite. Prices great and food good. I live locally and won’t eat anywhere else.
Place is nice and clean and the staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. One of the best burger joints around.
I'm from Reading and we don't have soft delicious gourmet burgers like JACKS does.
