Four Seasons

Today I came to Four Seasons at Bang Bang for the first time and I tried the Beef Brisket. It was quite good - tender and good flavor. Some may prefer a slightly juicier and fattier cuts of the beef. Still I don’t fault anything that was served down to the noodles that sat underneath the brisket. Expect to return to try other dishes.

I must say I love the food and a test is pretty authentic. The service is pretty quick and easy to choose when it comes to the menu. This is one of my top favourite place to eat at Bang Bang Oriental food court. The staff are pretty nice and friendly. Judging how they made. The food is pretty hygienic and clean. I have ordered pork noodles and barbecue meats with rice. The price of the food is pretty reasonable. This place is zero fine and there are a lot of people eating from this particular place. I will definitely come back again. Definitely it’s a must place to check out. I am glad that they have such place so I don’t have to go all the way to the Chinatown in London just to eat some Chinese food.

Update. The other day I realised that I was at fault for not knowing how to order. So, I'm sorry I gave you 3 stars previously. I used to come regularly for the roast duck soup because of the taste and the portion size. So I was very little bothered by the attitude of the staff, espresso since I know what it means to work such long hours and in the food industry. Regardless, today the soup was disappointing - the broth was less tasty, it had rice noodles, and it was such a huge portion (although I guess other prefer huge portions thus the change, and still I prefer quality over quantity and moreover I feel bad wasting food). I mean they replaced everything that I loved.
