Sushimania Whetstone

Great for hot dishes- miso Aubergine, chicken, okonimiyaki, agadashi Tofu etc. Well cooked and tasty, however the sashimi wasn't great. Cut too thick and sinew left which meant I couldn't eat it. The rolls were nice but presentation could be better. Not a bad experience. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Food came quickly.

We have been here many times before and the food and staff are always exceptional. Last night they were just as great even when they had to deal with a table of 4 young boys, where one was particularly vile and rude to the staff and then manager. They dealt with it so well and even though it was awful to witness such terrible behaviour from one self centred entitled brat of a boy (who was trying to be a big man), the grace that it was dealt with was incredible. Thanks for a lovely meal.

Can't say enough about this place, I turned up impromptu and sat a friend's table, I didn't know about their buffet concept and started eating a few bits that my friends had left. The manager came and had a very polite word with me about eating but not paying, I didn't quite understand but he didn't make a fuss. I later realised that my friends had opted for the all-you-can-eat menu, which is obviously paid per person. I had already stuffed my face by this time, I went and apologized to the manager as I hadn't intended to take liberties, he was so cool. I have since been back twice.

Really good service and I find the fish at this particular branch is always fresher than at others! The only thing that's a down side is how much the prices at have gone up, although that's a franchise problem, can't fault this Sushimania branch for that. Great sushi and I'm obsessed with the garlic rice!

Came here to eat for the first time and will definitely be back! Emily was our waitress. She is such an asset to this place! Even though the restaurant was very busy she was very attentive and patience. So lovely for us. She create such a lovely inviting atmosphere. The food is such good price and quality. I will make sure because of her to come back and bring friend. My new spot for food! And for the family aswell ! Thank you sushi mania ! ☺️
