Domino's Pizza - London - Edgware

I don't know why but this branch's staff either refuse or choose not to ever answer the phone(s), whether you have dietary concerns or queries or just want to speak to a member of staff bout any given topic the phone continually rings until the call automatically ends, clearly this branch does not value consumers needs for the services they provide.

So I thought I’d download the App and order a few pizzas the App is very slick ordered 3 MargaritaS paid and waited. Checked my app and hey presto it’s on its way so far so good 😂 Knock at the door and very friendly Ben delivers our order. Take the pizzas to my kids and they were all wrong I was literally about to ring and moan when the very polite helpful lady from the Edgware branch rang me to say there had been a mistake and the correct pizzas were on there way along with complimentary cookies and a bottle of Coke. I read so many negative customer service reviews and I couldn’t disagree more , the young lady I spoke to was polite and sincere and rectified the problem swiftly so imo Great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service. Pizzas were piping hot and delicious. Thank you will order again.
