My fiancé and I had the “ eggs Benedict with ham, the Sirloin beef, with duck potatoes as our main course, and a chocolate brownie to wash it all down with. We were sat for a beautiful view right near a window and the service was wonderful. Deff pricey

My mum and I came here yesterday for afternoon tea. We were seated as soon as we arrived by the window as requested when booking.The view was incredible! The lady that served us was so polite and nothing was too much trouble, even took a couple of pictures for us, unfortunately I didn’t get her name! The food was lovely and fresh, the ‘sweet treats’ were amazing!
The only thing I would say is that is was incredibly Hot in there, obviously it’s going to get warm because it’s all glass but some air con would’ve great.
Can’t wait to come back!
It still has something special, but not quite as special as before the refurb. I had a decent pre-opera set-meal at the bar. My duck egg with black pudding was OK, but the black pudding was all hard and crispy.
We went for a drink and we were lucky to get seats next to Windows! The views are amazing and the layout of the place is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful but as expected it is expensive! Beer, the size which is slightly smaller than a pint is around £7. The cocktails are £16 per glass and were pretty average to be honest
Absolutely great place to indulge in delicious platters in filling portions at the best prices, prompt and punctual service with the help of a really nice and friendly staff as well.
Interactive fine dining experience. Highly recommended all round. Well looked after by knowledgeable staff, chef and kitchen staff presenting food. Very impressed.
Decided to get a view of the city and enjoy a drink. So, headed to the bar - lucky to get a seat on a Saturday afternoon. The wine was good and the assorted nuts even better. Enjoy the view, but do check out their bathroom - a true Room with a View!!
came on the crawl on Saturday and Hannah was a great host. She made sure that everyone was having a good time and that no one was left behind! It was a great way to meet people and I had so much fun!
Excellent eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 5 minutes. Meal was served hot and excellent taste...

Surprisingly the Prices were not as high as I expected it before. Of Course you pay a Little bit more, but the view is just amazing especially when there is good weather. The food was also good, even I would not come back to a regular Restaurant because the food did not taste extraordinary. But Overall it was a great experience and we will come back for sure! :D
View from the top is amazing. The food and ambiance goes so well together. Perfect for date nights. Decent service, its a bit expensive though. Celebrated here and had a good time.
I had a beautiful surprise when my family took me for a three course meal at Aqua Shard. The view was breathtaking, and the service was amiable. Special compliment to our gracious waiter, Francesco, who was very supportive throughout our experience. Each course was tasty. The pairing of wines with each course was spot on, and the cocktails had us buzzing. I highly recommend this place not only for a special occasion but also for a treat to yourself. Even the bathroom was worth visiting. Top class service from start to finish. I will definitely go back soon with friends 🥰
I surprised my friend and booked the weekend brunch with wine paring. I read the reviews and wasn’t expecting too much from the food as it was suggested that you’re paying for the views, but the food was absolutely delicious! Our experience was amazing from start to finish. Our waiter Antonio was so friendly and knowledgeable - he was very patient and helped us chose our dishes and wines. He also arranged for a lovely table in the bar area after. We came for brunch and stayed for most of the evening. All the staff were very attentive, I’m going to book again and bring my husband later this month.
Had such a great fine dining experience here. I went for dinner with my colleagues on a Thursday evening. We were able to watch the sunset, the views were incredible. Service was truly excellent from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. Our waiter, Joe, was fantastic and made great recommendations throughout, despite us asking too many questions. Every item we tasted was presented beautifully and tasted exquisite. A heads up, this is fine dining so if you're looking for cheap and huge portions, this is not for you. But if you're looking for quality it's perfect.
My first visit to the Shard was a wonderful and memorable experience. Great atmosphere, welcoming staff, delicious food, and stunning views of London. I loved the menus for both food and drink. Service was fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. Portions are on the small side (the only reason I can't give 5 stars for the food subcategory on this review), but everything else was flawless. My friend and I stayed for nearly two hours and had a great time. We would definitely return some time.
Came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. Had an amazing table beside the window, with a mirrored pillar beside us, so it felt like our own private dining area. Despite a rainy evening, we had fantastic views across London. Our waitress was lovely - friendly and attentive. The food was well presented and tasted great. Would be glad to return in future. Thanks for a lovely evening.
Peter Pan afternoon tea was lovely! It was all the little details like the smoke coming from the bottom of the boat. Makes it look like its coming through the clouds, loved the jelly crocodiles in the treasure chest! Service was very good and love the fact that all hot drinks were free, including hot chocolate and coffees.

Very pricey though. £265 for 2 adults and a child. Even though we only had one starter to share and didn't have much wine. Wine portions felt like 150ml. A bit small for £18 a glass
Our first visit to The Aqua Shard. We had a great table by the window lovely views and then the beautiful sunset views. All the staff were very friendly and especially our server Taylor who was so pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious, no problem there. We had the Pan Seared Halibut and the Beef Fillet with side dishes. The Shard dessert and the Strawberry and Champagne Sphere were lush. Thank you for the Happy Birthday dessert for my son. Nice touch. Great cocktails also. The only negative I could give is we were surprised/disappointed that you charge for bread and butter on the table. We have eaten in many restaurants and the bread/or olives are usually free whilst you wait for your starters. Two pieces of small bread (serves 2 it states. one piece each) for £6 we found quite shocking to be honest. When you are spending over £250+ you would think the small amount of bread would be free?! Apart from that, we did have a lovely time overall.
Lunch with my 3 best friends, exceptional food, wine and atmosphere. Our waiter Fabio was marvellous and the team dealt with my nut allergy with no fuss. We loved our experience there and would love to return. Thank you team Aqua Shard.
If I could give this 10 stars I would. Whole experience was absolutely incredible. Delicious food, breathtaking views and the staff treated me and my friend like we were number one priority. I was running 20min late for my table and although it was my 30th birthday I couldn’t thank the staff enough for amending my reservation last minute. I will definitely be returning. If you want to know what luxury experience feels like this is the place to go. Thank you Aqua. See you soon x
