Aqua Shard

Celebrating a special occasion with my fiancé, we decided to visit the Aqua Shard. From the outset, the atmosphere was inviting and set a perfect tone for our anniversary. The staff's impeccable service further enhanced our dining experience. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the Eggs Benedict which was impeccably prepared, and the fluffy pancakes, which were an absolute delight. However, the Shard Breakfast left me with mixed feelings. While I appreciated the unique addition of the scotch egg, the hashbrown and pickled tomatoes did not appeal to my palate. All in all, our visit to the Aqua Shard was memorable. For those in search of a refined dining experience with an emphasis on atmosphere and service, it is certainly worth a visit. Just be prepared to encounter some dishes that might challenge your taste buds!

Peter Pan afternoon tea was lovely! It was all the little details like the smoke coming from the bottom of the boat. Makes it look like its coming through the clouds, loved the jelly crocodiles in the treasure chest! Service was very good and love the fact that all hot drinks were free, including hot chocolate and coffees.

I surprised my friend and booked the weekend brunch with wine paring. I read the reviews and wasn’t expecting too much from the food as it was suggested that you’re paying for the views, but the food was absolutely delicious! Our experience was amazing from start to finish. Our waiter Antonio was so friendly and knowledgeable - he was very patient and helped us chose our dishes and wines. He also arranged for a lovely table in the bar area after. We came for brunch and stayed for most of the evening. All the staff were very attentive, I’m going to book again and bring my husband later this month.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Whole experience was absolutely incredible. Delicious food, breathtaking views and the staff treated me and my friend like we were number one priority. I was running 20min late for my table and although it was my 30th birthday I couldn’t thank the staff enough for amending my reservation last minute. I will definitely be returning. If you want to know what luxury experience feels like this is the place to go. Thank you Aqua. See you soon x

I recently dined at Aqua Shard and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The restaurant's location is stunning, with breathtaking views that added to the overall ambiance. As for the food, it was a culinary delight! Each dish was a burst of flavor, and the presentation was as exquisite as the taste. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect restaurant for our anniversary.

We had a fantastic meal at the Aqua Shard last night. Firstly - the spectacular view over London from our table. Definitely worth going just for the view! But the food was incredible and we had amazing service from Anton who was helpful, kind and friendly. He was very attentive and made the experience wonderful for us. Definitely recommend a meal at Aqua Shard!

The lifts up are slightly confusing from the ground as they only have the no.32 button and it’s not until you are standing in the lift you hear the voice say don’t touch any buttons and then when you are on level 32 you walk down the steps to level 31. The restaurant is very clean and fashionable. We had the Peter Pan afternoon tea which was delicious and presented beautifully. The waitress was very attentive and knowledgable. We ran over our allotted time so we’re moved to another table and given the remainder of our food in a takeaway box. Unfortunately no one offered to take our order for a drink in 2 hours. We were to busy catching up to get up and find someone but it would have been nice to have been offered another drink while we continued our catch up. Especially the adventure tea which was delicious and I’d highly recommend. Overall a really enjoyable afternoon with fabulous views.

We visited the Aquashard for brunch for my sons birthday 🥳 We were seated at a table with amazing views - a definite 5 stars from my son who is passionate about the architecture in London. Our waiter was delightful and attentive (he even sang happy birthday to my son!) The food was absolutely delicious, a taste explosion and the portion sizes were perfect. I will definitely be visiting again, it was a wonderful birthday treat and the food from appearance to taste was 10/10 🥰
