We had fattoush salad and an aubergine dish as starters, accompanied by a lovely crisp flat bread from the tandoor style oven. These were followed by two superb chicken dishes, one a whole grilled poussin, the other accompanied by fragrant rice and dried berries. Amazing quality and value, especially as the house wine (a 2008 rioja) was excellent. And it was all topped off with a melon-flavoured shisha under a heat lamp on the patio. It was all great, and the service was impeccable.
first time I've been to this delightful restaurant and it won't be my last.could not fault a thing food is not only delicious but portions are great will be recommending to all my friends
This is our favorite iranian restaurant in london. We always eat here whenever we are in town. We love their sheesha too. The food, drinks and service everything is perfect.
Its a great place for shisha although, the space is limited there are simple shisha flavours with nice and welcoming staff at little persia :)
Very good Kebab Sultani, i'm a big fan of this restaurant and for sure i will come here again. The owner was very nice making sure that we have everything we want.
Absolutely amazing venue
So close to stations
Great sheesha and kebabs
Always crowded
The staff is very helpful and courteous
Super adorable food
Super yummy - mixed grill was massive and try the mixed starters as well. Dee licious. And for those that way inclined - shisha available outside!

A little joint for a lot of locals, I hear. Walking distance from Queensway & Bayswater, it is a chilling place, especially during the British summers. An evening Persian tea alongwith a sheesha & a bunch of friends should do the trick!
Its a nice cosy outlet on Queensway. You might walk by without noticing it as it has the bigger sign only visible from one direction on the high street. They have good shisha and awesome food. I am not usually a fan of dry persian/ turkish food, but their chicken was well marinated and i really liked it. You have to end the meal with the persian tea. Its not as strong as the turkish tea which is pretty similar and served in similar glasses, for me it was more tolerable :D A definite recommend and I will come back for sure!
Food was delicious. Great atmosphere and prompt service. Will definitely go back. The starter platter was nice. It seemed that there was maybe too many people working there. Perhaps I went at a quiet time. Not a problem for me though. Food presentation was great. I highly recommend the starter platter
Had a nice evening here with 2 friends recently after work. They live in the area and mentioned they have seen the place a few times wondering what it might be like.
I have been to a number of restaurants recently based around this cuisine, mainly Persian/Lebanese. I am drawn to a good grill, what can I say. Out of these I have to say the food at Little Persia is probably the best. We ordered the mixed starter which gave us a good selection of dips. The bread could've been better as it came pretty over-done and too crunchy for my liking.
For the mains we had the Jujeh and Chenjeh kebabs (Chicken and Lamb skewers, both boneless). Very nicely done and extremely filling. In our opinion the Chenjeh was more flavoursome, however they were both enjoyable. Now one thing I have to mention is how impressed I am with the rice. I know this seems slightly insignificant to some however as an aspiring chef whose bain of culinary life is getting rice right, this really stood out for me. The rice had a nice flavouring to it and was just the right consistency. I need to have lessons from this chef, it will change everything!
One thing that did surprise me was the number of staff that were working at the restaurant. For a small place there were almost as many staff members as there were customers, which just seemed unnecessary. The food was delivered in good time so therefore this isn't a complaint it is just an observation. As I'm relatively new to the cuisine however (as are my friends) it would have been nice if the waiters/waitresses were a bit more knowledgeable on the dishes, as any questions required another look at the menu and a call over to the manager to explain.
Overall the meal was very enjoyable. The meal was good value, especially as we dined on 'Write for a Bite' prize :)
I would happily return and pay the full price especially as it is so convenient a location to visit my friends. Next time we must try the Shisha!
I've been there several times, always cosy outside, even in winters. Their Persian tea is always spot on.
What the hidden surprise is their basement. I often thought it's all about the sheesha and the outside, but their food is really good with the downstairs always buzzing.
Tough to write a review without wanting to go there right now!!!
Really good food and a lot to options choose from. I had a nice lamb dish with two different style of lamb with rice plus the K1 Persian beer. The best thing is: they open past midnight which is a blessing for a visitor like me who come back late at night. Seems like other customers are having good time here as well!

In my opinion the place is extremely hot inside. Nevertheless, the Kebab was so soft and juicy, I recommend it a lot. However, the rice was too simple.
The staff was kind.
My recommendation is to put air conditioner inside.
Nice place. Friendly service. Good food. Large portions, the chicken was a little dry, my daughter loved the lamb filé. Really good baklawa. Was a bit cold inside the front door was open and the smell from the waterpipe came in.
Good kabab not the best but still good
I liked the beef fillet more than the kabab
The rice was amazing fluffy and delicious
The portion is big
Includes veggies
Tried also the yogurt drink (dough) was delicious
Service is fast and excellent
One of the most tasty Persian resturants in London and i must recommend to visit this place. Customer service is really good and on point. Food quality is super too and my most loved item on menu is lamb shank the meat is absolutely tender and and full of taste you must try this dish.
Very delicious food. The meat was juicy and not dry. Customer service could be improved but overall the food was great.
There was a big group of us, got a whole room to ourselves. Very nice, warm and interactive staff. Food was great.
Amazing food. Lamb and chicken meals are all great. Service is excellent.
Great little shisha place in the neighborhood. Services great, especially the manager. Good food, great place to relax get some food and shisha on the weekend.
I have eaten there with friends twice in the last three weeks. My experience was extremely good on both occasions. Approachable, friendly staff and great food. Maybe we were fortunate but there has been consistency in service for us. I plan to go back soon. I would say it is reasonably priced and worth a visit.
