I really recommend to try peanut milk chocolate, white chocolate chunk and milk chocolate. But all the cookies taste very good!

Grabbed a cookie on the go and it was l'y first time trying Ben's Cookies. I am very satisfied! The cookie is delicious and not too thin. I will definitely come back. I also appreciate the fact that they now have vegan options. It's nice!

Love Ben’ Cookies! The best ever. You can buy one or a special box. They are on average £2 per cookie some are cheaper. But massive so you can share. Lovely helpful staff. Great atmosphere. Quiet small so hard to enter with buggy or wheelchair but doable. Seating area at the back. Pay cash or card.

Close to stations, just off of Carnaby Street, this place is easy to find and good for a quick bite. You can sit in, but it's small inside and usually the tables are taken. The box of five with two 'free' is pretty good to go for. Bit expensive because, as people have mentioned, price is decided by weight.
There's often a queue but it goes quickly, although you'll probably be encouraged to hurry up which isn't fun when you don't know the cookies.
Good variety of cookies, from just chocolate to combinations with nuts and fruit, so you'll likely find something you like. They're baked really nicely; a liiiittle crunch around the edges, soft inside, chocolate that melts in your mouth. It'll be like trying a cookie in The GBBO finals.

First and last time I had a Ben's cookies cookie was three years ago... but I take my friends here and they seem to love it :) I'm a strange one as I love to bake and experiment with recipes but personally don't eat anything not raw vegan, but through all my scouring for the perfect chocolate chip (which I think I've mastered) this one still has an edge and is an all time favorite from everyone I know.
Chips are round and flat and the cookies are not too large in diameter but quite thick and moist.

These cookies are amazing, especially if you are lucky enough to get one fresh out of the oven. Sold by weight, these are more expensive than your supermarket freshly baked cookies, but sooo much nicer. I have convinced my wife that I deserve a treat for any shopping trip, this is my reward 😄

The cookies at Ben's can be a bit pricy for what they are, but boy are they tasty. They follow my favorite formula for a cookie with perfect texture. A crisp exterior with a chewy, almost melting interior. The range of flavors is vast and offers enough variety to sate any sweet tooth. Anytime I pop in to grab one I inevitably leave the store with 3.

Really impressed that the Ben in Ben's Cookie's has been drawn by wonderful illustrator Quentin Blake - sends me back to my childhood seeing his work and made me think a little bit higher of the chain. There are lots of cookie shops in central but these cookies are really distinctive in their dome shape, soft, just baked texture and are very satisfying. I recommend trying the peanut butter and milk chocolate cookie and the oatmeal raisin for an afternoon treat.

To my friends bewilderment, I hadn't yet tried a Ben's Cookie. I can be wary of cookies, since I have quite a specific criteria(!) I like my cookies warm, and bendable. If it's not bendy, it's a biscuit. So - the verdict. Ben's Cookies, got it bob on. Still warm and fresh out the oven, and most definitely the right doughiness. Although they do serve coffee / beverages etc I wouldn't want to sit in, or out for that matter, as there were only a couple of little rickety tables and chairs in a cramped cordoned off area BUT, if you are on your way somewhere and want to turn up with the prefect treat, then pop in here. You pay for the weight (I like a traditional touch) and it was surprisingly reasonable. Patient & polite staff. Will have to agree any time I hear anyone raving about the Cookies from Ben's.

Ben's Cookies is a very guilty pleasure - they have a mouth-watering range of tasty treats, from peanut butter to double chocolate chip. How could I resist?! The white chocolate is definitely worth a nibble, but the double chocolate is my personal fave. Buy it to takeaway as the perfect mid-shopping pick-me-up.

If you are wondering why a store that sells cookies with coffee and hot chocolate deserves a 4.5 then my answer is try the cookies and you shall know. <br/>Simply fantastic, the best I have had. Not exactly cheap, but I suppose every penny worth it.

Delicious cookies! Crispy on the edge and soft and chewy inside. Loved the peanut butter cookie and white chocolate and macadamia cookie. Very generous smattering of peanuts in the peanut butter cookie but was hoping for a stronger peanut butter flavour in the dough.

The same cookies and the same lovely taste. Though it's much more common in London than in Dubai but I can see why it does so well. Some of the best cookies I have had and I always buy the cookies here. Would recommend all to give it a try at least once :)

Avoided ben's cookies for the longest time perhaps because of the fact that it's so popular and renowned. Also, because my sister is a pastry chef so i am partial to her cookies. However tasted bens yesterday and the chewy, soft flavour you receive in each bite is divine and delicious. Whatever floats your boat in terms of flavours and various options to select. I love the coconut and chocolate selections..

I used to love it when people left my office for pastures new because they would always bring in a box of Ben's Cookies to celebrate. As they are primarily a London chain I had never had one before and, boy, had I been missing out!<br/><br/>They are the gooiest, softest cookies around and so delightfully decadent that, unlike most cookies, you won't be forced to eat a thousand. <br/><br/>As they're sold by weight, you really do get what you pay for. My absolute favourites are the Double Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter varieties, but honestly, I could eat them all.

Definitely some of the best cookies ive had in a while! Ben's cookies surpass most of the other bakeries that serve cookies in London. Their buttery, crisp cookies filled with chocolate chips is something I could eat on a daily basis! The lines outside this small shop in Soho tends to be quite long regardless of the time of day as the cookies are always in demand! Would definitely recommend this place if you have a special liking for cookies!

Ben's Cookies are exactly what you wish for all cookies in the world to be: huge, chewy and not skimped on the chocolate chips! They have a crunchy bottom but as soon as you bite into the cookie goodness the filling oozes out and you are immediately hooked! Proceed with caution.

In case you are a cookie connoisseur like me , this place must be definitely be visited by you. I just totally love it! The menu offers varied and innovative flavors and the taste is just incredible! The prices are definitely then higher than what you can get from your local store but that is only alright when the cookies are little gems. The charge you by the grams so it is a fair affair. Do try!

I ordered hot chocolate to go with my heavenly cookies. Our server was way too courteous. Only because we had to wait for at least half an hour for our cookies he gave us two extra cookies. Such kind of hospitality is rarely expected these days. I especially enjoyed the white chocolate cookies. A must visit!

If you want to try the best cookies in London then this is the right place. They have a wide range of cookies and they are served hot (just like they should be ideally). Each of the cookies is so soft yet crispy. I would recommend you to try the triple cookie which was just heavenly!

If you are visiting London then this is one place that you need to definitely visit. These cookies are one of their kind. They are huge, served hot and a treat for the taste buds. I believe it is the good quantity of butter added to these that enhance the taste. You could order a latte with these so as to cut down on the super sweetness of these.

The place offers one of the best cookies in town. The cookies here are chewy as well as crunchy and have just the right texture, just as I like it! They are absolutely delectable and extremely delicious. The service is not that great though. The staff is a bit unfriendly and not that hospitable.

We went to this place after finding it by chance, and it being a cookie place, decided to give it a shot. The cookies were the usual range, nothing unusual in the menu, but everything was nice, and well presented too. The decor was pleasing and made for a good experience.

This is one of those small humble tuck shops that really value their customers and are more than happy to help you with every little thing. The feeling of delving into a hot cookie with a cold ice cream is just heavenly. It is just a rare treat for the taste buds. The employees suggested me to try the the cream flavour and it really was helpful. I was so impressed with the cookie and ice cream that I brought along my entire family. A must visit!

Want to know the difference between Ben and Millie's Cookies? It's a respect for each individual cookie. Now, Millie may thrust her cookies at you en masse. Three for one-fifty, or whatever monstrous offer they have. Now Ben, he has too much value for his cookies. Here the cookie is paid for not in batches of three or four, but by the gram. Each cookie is valued by its weight - which results in the sort of prices that work wonders for getting rid of your loose change. <br/><br/>This mentality towards the individual cookie carries, too. None of the deflated cookies of your other retailers, Ben's cookies are not shy of flour, are huge and juicy and absolutely delicious. Catch them fresh from the oven whilst the chocolate inside is still warm and oozing.

There are no words to describe the feeling when you take your first bite into a cookie that has been baked to perfection. I tried a couple of cookies and the next 10 minutes of my life, I don't recall.
