Bella Italia

Decided to visit this lovely, large restaurant on Saturday evening with my friend. We arrived about 7pm and placed an order quiet quickly... we were both starving and we kind of knew what we wanted. Sadly it wasn't a great start to our experience... not only the restaurant was super loud due to some clowns upstairs almost destroying the restaurant, we had to wait over an hour for our food (for the same reason, this large party upstairs) and my dish was luke warm. This could have been because my friend had a lasagna and came very hot by default. However, the way the waiter and manager treated us was top notch! And for those reasons I gave it 4 stars and I would totally recommend this place to families, couples and groups. They truly understand the meaning of customer service, people skills and keeping customers happy. I will definitely come back again!!

I ordered through Deliveroo under their Pinsa Pizza name and I was so impressed! A lot of care went into packing my items and the rectangular pizzas came in perfect conditions inside their designated, beautiful rectangular pizza packaging. The sides also came in cute boxes that snugly fit the portion of the food. Thank you so much for making the fries perfectly golden and crispy as well as delightfully tender inside. My order took under 34 minutes to reach me and that includes production AND delivery. Extremely satisfied with this experience. I ordered between 2 and 3 PM on a Thursday :)

Lovely food. Service was okay. The 1st lady who served us wasn't very welcoming and came across quite cold towards us. When we asked if they accept tesco voucher the lady(not sure if she is the manager, blonde hair and tied back with eastern european accent). No smile or greeting when we walked in so straight away I was not very impressed and they were so quite at the time! I have worked in luxury customer service/retail industry and I believe it is very important to be welcoming and to smile, say hello, greet your customers and let them know you are there to help. 1st impression makes a huge difference on your experience. We didn't really get this when we walked in, sat down and ordered our food. The second younger lady, longer hair who took over the other lady was more friendlier and more approachable. Other than that, the food was delicious and we can't complain about that!

4/02/19 ⭐️ Clean restaurant and very friendly staff, huge parking and great discounts but i was shocked by the quality of the food served . It tasted bland and almost like they didn’t care , not what you expect from Bella Italia ( been to other branch’s ) to the point were i didn’t want to complete my food . I don’t recommend this branch. 14/05/19 ⭐️ Even though i mentioned that i didn’t recommend this branch in my last review , i thought of giving it another chance/try . I ordered a mushroom pasta £12 (voucher 😉 ) that was soo bland/dry . Didn’t enjoy it at all. It was just plain pasta with rockets on top. I don’t understand how on earth this place is still open . Second experience here and again the food is not good . Very disappointed seen as i tried again hoping it would be better 21/06/19 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They pulling it back !! Halal chicken , this experience which is the third was much better then those before ! Way better . Much needed and appreciated improvement ! Used a 40% discount voucher online . Food tasted very nice and waitress was kind and friendly . On the way from here i hope 🤞🏼! Lets see 20/08/19 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place has improved so much within a short space of time time , a few months ago i gave it a 1 star and now a 5 star ! Well done i recommend this bella italia to everyone and they always have a 40% discount you can use . Excellent and i will for sure be back again ! Thank you 🙏🏼 food 🥘 was cooked amazingly .
