Lovely cosy pub within a stones throw of Waterloo station. The food is delicious and the staff friendly! An extra bonus for those with children is the private dining room that you can book for free, with a big table and lots of space. This was great for our NCT meet up! We were able to let the babies play on the floor while we enjoyed our lunch knowing we weren't disturbing any other guests and that the babies weren't getting under the waiter's feet! Highly recommend!

We are a family of four & we enjoyed every dish we ordered. My fish & chips were huge portions & perfectly fried, not oily nor was it dry either. Hubby's pork was tender & well seasoned. My eldest daughter ordered sausages which was excellent while my youngest got the salmon which was fried to please. All in all it was a great introduction to pub food for us visitors to London. This place was highly recommended by our concierge at the hotel Waterloo.

Really good menu, and charcoal grill meat and fish for this refurbished local pub in a period building. The cosy Dining room (with a log fire) is behind the pub area which is great. Service is friendly although we waited a bit for our food. Reasonable prices.

Little hidden gem of a pub, you couldn’t believe a gastropub like this can be found on the doorstep of Waterloo station… Had a yummy roast beef and shared a sticky toffee pudding for lunch! Booking highly recommended as it gets busy on Sunday!

15 of us enjoyed this pub for the first time as we embraced the 22 degree summer weather outside under garden umbrellas. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The specials and especially the pork belly bites and peri peri chicken burger were next level beats! Only eye watering moment was when I had to pay the ill....ouch!

Great pub with a fantastic beer garden and the food is superb..loved the fact you can sit outside and the very nice waiters will take your orders for drinks and food outside..it reminded us of being abroad...fantastic place and visited every night we were in london

We both had the vegan roast dinner and enjoyed our meal. The service was good and friendly.... And even though we got a little bit wet from a relatively short downpour, it didn't dampen our enjoyment of the afternoon. I didn't know about the pub before but I would definitely go again!

Love this pub. We have been a number of times whilst visiting from Canada and make it a point to come back whenever we can. The food is delicious, the drinks are plentiful, and the staff are top-notch. Thanks for everything!

A friend and I were out for an unplanned dinner this evening, stumbled across this pub and we were more than pleasantly surprised. Outstanding service - I work in customer service myself and was truly blown away. Not often you come across a LDN pub where the staff seem happy to be there and enjoying their job. Food was also excellent. Would highly recommend and will be recommending to friends who want to grab a bite before their commute home! Thanks for the hospitality!

First class friendly service in a lovely pub that served first rate food. The outside area was buzzing with chat and the staff were very attentive. Tables were booked in advance so to avoid disappointment, book your seat. Will visit again soon

The whole team was very friendly here. Service was great. Food and drinks were quite lovely. They have seating farther back in the establishment and outdoor seating too. I had the fish and chips and they were so good!
