Good menu, cooked with fresh ingredients. Varied range of good Ales & Bèers. Friendly staff & excellent service. Highly recommend a visit.
This is my local and everything that a proper 'boozer' should be! Unpretentious, frequented by salt of the earth punters with no ruffians amongst. Perfectly cooked, hearty food at brilliant prices and the best selection of craft beers around. I love this place!
Gluten free beer on TAP!!!!! Have been coming here since 2013 then moved away. I'm so glad to have got a job close by so I get to come back again. It's an amazing space, really relaxed, great lighting, comfy chairs and awesome staff.
The classic southern pub, almost in the point when New Cross Road meets Deptford High street. Especially nice on Sundays with high quality live music.
Lovely pub - bit expensive, but it's worth it for the atmosphere. Friendly staff, great buskers night, really nice vibe, extremely comfy chairs if you get in quick enough, all around nice energy. Didn't eat there on this occasion but from past experience, food nothing to write home about particularly but good if fairly standard selection and enjoyable. Have taken my parents here before as well, so well rounded for that kind of occasion as well as a nice night out. Old Fashioneds are tip top.
Good atmosphere, food was good (nachos plus fish and chips see picture) choice of cask ales. Dark wood and low lighting in the bar area, or a lighter dining area near the cooking. Ideal place to start our evening, could have easily stayed wish we had a local as good. Definitely return :)
Best roast in town. You must come here for a roast if you live in Deptford or New Cross. Beautiful room with glass atrium, friendly staff. Great place for a pint also. Their other food is also excellent.

There is a hidden gen in this pub, Jessy. She is a super star... She seems to have mastered the art of customer engagement and business development with the best skills that are in this industry
There is another chap in the bar who is super friendly and helpful if you bother to ask for help, I got the best drinks and still managed my alcohol intake limits !!!!

I liked the burger, onion rings, cider and services. Deco is great with good vibe definitely worth a visit.
A great pub with a lived in feeling. Great selection of beers and other drinky things to try! Lovely staff, chillaxed music, all round a good bit of fun. Food menu looks interesting and varied, good for both the vegetarian and the carnivore among us. A most pleasant visit, come along and enjoy.
