Came on Saturday morning. Good stock. Only 1 barista on duty so took about 2 mins to serve me to pay. Not the end of the world though.

Had a snack with my daughter. Food and coffee for me and hot chocolate for my daughter were both very good. Strangely for me I had a white coffee, only issue smaller cup than I would have expected. Easily solved I had 2. Good to see the manager keeping every surface clean, and tidy. It was cleaner than I would have expected with so many customers.

Nice big Pret right on The Strand next to the Savoy. Plenty of seating inside, food and quality as you would expect. Toilets inside and down some stairs. Two closed room toilets shared between genders but fairly clean for such a heavily trafficked area…

Great service from lady called Vesna! Lovely woman with great manners and amazing soul. Always makes us feel at home. My chihuahua loves the vibes. Dog friendly. Coconut latte is top tier. Almond croissant is legendary. Tuna melt is epic. Highly recommend if you wanna shine a bright light over your gloomy day.

Had the best customer service which made our morning. We were served coffee by the lovely Germaine who was very polite. You should be proud to have him as it makes a change for someone who gives excellent customer service. Humanity does exist.
