A great little find in a central location (halfway between Marylebone and Baker St stations)! Good quality food at very reasonable prices (£6 for a full English breakfast that was good quality produce). Definitely going back.

Such a homely vibe with great breakfast options. The manager is super kind/ funny and the service overall is impeccable. Eggs Benedict is the clear winner!
A great place to have your break from university or work!
I went there with my classmates a few times and we had an amazing time. The cafe is also appropriate and comfortable for work or studying as it is situated in a smaller street away from the main busy baker street.
The service is pleasant and quick and staff usually understands everyone is in a rush. There is also outdoor seating which is quite nice on a sunny day.
It also has takeaways which is quite convenient.

Went here twice for breakfast. The first day I had the full English breakfast, which was good, and a pot of tea. Service was a bit slow as it was busy at the time. The second time I had the full vegetarian breakfast and a cappuccino, which honestly I liked more (I've been flirting with the vegetarian/vegan life for a while now). It was really good and if I'm ever back in London again I'll go back for that. Service was also good 2nd time.
Great cafe walking distance from Marleybone station. The food is served hot and fresh, loads to choose from, the service was good and the coffee was delicious. This is actually my second time visiting Dorset Cafe, and plan to visit again when next in the area. Highly recommend.

I’m usually a very picky person, and I’m not one to leave reviews often, even if I did enjoy the food. But this little bistro was so incredible that I felt I had to comment on it. My friends and I had the opportunity to try several dishes from the menu and I wasn’t disappointed by a single one. Mushrooms on sourdough, avocado, salmon and cream cheese on a waffle (an unusual but brilliant combination) and more filling dishes of lamb and chicken made for a wonderfully satisfying and delicious menu. The owner is incredibly friendly and after a few minutes you feel as though you’ve known each other for months already. I would definitely recommend this bistro. We went before seeing an afternoon performance in the Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, so anyone who might have tickets for a show there should check out his wonderful place to eat!
A nice little cafe near Baker Street. Had some mint tea. Nice place for groups too.
I popped in for a quick veggie sandwich. Being a fussy eater, I asked the waitress if i could have a custom sandwich, to which the owner of the cafe approached my table to see if there was anything he could do.
Ramsey, the owner took my order of grilled, toasted cheese tomato onions sweetcorn with hot sauce inside. When the sandwich came, it was presented with a sizable amount of chips, which I wasn't expecting. Definitely one of the best fresh sandwiches I have had! Served with an ice cold Coca-Cola, you can't go wrong. I wish I took a picture of it but as time was against me, I couldn't. Will definitely be going back for a more chilled out meal and check out some of those cocktails!
Delicious, unique “breakfast of champions” was a waffle with poached egg, avocado and smoked salmon. Incredible combo flavor! Servers so attentive! Loved it!!!

Delicious food, great service and coffee. Husband enjoyed a burger which came with chips and salad. I had a jacket potato with baked beans. Came with salad. Nice value for the money. Cafe style. Casual. Fresh OJ. We noticed a lot of repeat customers. You’ll be happy.
My experience here was amazing. The food was delicious and highly satisfying, the service aswell is wonderful. I've came here forbreakfast, lunch and dinner and each time left highly satisfied and amazed. I highly recommend you try this cafe.
