Great place for brunch in Barnes, such a cute restaurant, with fresh products and good service. Food was delicious, well presented and portions were big. Fresh juices too, cappuccino was tasty. They also offer pastries, I recommend the cinnamon bun. I loved it and highly recommend!

Found this hidden gem of a cafe in Barnes after my walk around the neighbourhood a few weeks ago and since then, I have been going and looking forward to being a regular. This place serves the best tasting food in London no doubt! My favourite is their American style pancakes which is served with date butter (so so good, I always ask for an extra serving of the butter - its that good!) If you are looking for fresh salads, you are in the right place. Their salads are made fresh daily and all are locally produced. Another one worth trying is their wild mushroom folded eggs, - divine! Tried to order online through Uber Eats too, and even the food delivered still hits the spot! The cafe is really cosy too, quaint with emphasis on giving you homey vibes. The staff is always friendly whenever we go, and accommodating. They're always very willing to customise the dishes to suit your preferences. This cafe is perfect for health-conscious dining which doesn't compromise on taste. Its become my go-to spot for a guilt-free dine out. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Went there last 27th of August. The place was busy but not crowded. The atmosphere is nice, bright, and cozy. The food and drinks itself were great. Service is good but could be better. Took them a long time to bring out my food (which was ordered together with the others). Turns out, they forgot about it. They apologised and hurried to bring the food.

I love sampling Carrot cakes. This place had one of the best (definitely top 5). Had the fresh juice too (Marrakesh something... Very refreshing). Coffee was good. Recommended. Will visit again.

Visited Alma Barnes for the first time today and loved it. It’s a pretty and calm setting to start with. The food options are great - sweet and savoury options. The food is delicious and I really appreciated them making me folded egg whites (I have egg yolk intolerance) which was great. The service is really good, attentive and friendly. The drinks menu is also great, lots of options and, important for me, there were non dairy and non nut drink milk options (coconut for the win). As you can tell I have a lot of dietary issues and found this a place with good options and very accommodating.

I was visiting from Europe and stumbled across Alma Cafe in Barnes. The food was lovely with a large variety of options between sweet and savory. The staff are amazing and very helpful with the atmosphere being lively but also adequate for doing some work.
5 stars, would highly recommend.

I love Matcha but I found both the matcha and the red velvet overly floral almost like they’d added rose essence to it - still tasty, just not your standard tasting matcha!

My friend and I cycled along the river to get here one day. It might have been because of the cycling, but this was one of the nicest brunches we've had! The selection was so temping, but we were both super happy with our choices. Our drinks were also delicious (and beautifully presented).
We also picked up some baked goods to eat on the way back.
If it was closer, I'd be here all the time! Definitely worth coming to.
