The restaurant is split into 2 sections. The entrance is izakaya style where you can get okonomiyaki and other stuff. The 2nd part is for ramen. You have to decide where you want to eat. The website only shows the ramen menu.
We tried tsukemen, miso and chicken shoyu ramen. The soups were all amazing and had real depths of flavour. Noodles were great nice and chewy. For the tsukemen the noodles are thicker.
Annoying thing is you have to add toppings onto the ramen, chashu, egg and seaweed ect. They don't come included, so it can get pricey for a bowl of ramen. When most ramen restaurants in London have toppings included. Also tried the agedashi tofu for starter. So good! However for 3 pieces of tofu £6 is a lot.
Service was really good. Very attentive and friendly staff. They would spot when we needed water refills.
Delicious ramen. Octopus balls may sound weird but taste great.
Best Asian food I’ve had for a while. Very tasty.
The service is polite and efficient. It’s a cosy venue, with an agreeably downmarket student vibe, and the location is very convenient - a few minutes’ walk from Waterloo Station.
Memorable decor with Japanese signage and artifacts.
This was a first visit, but I can see it becoming a favourite.
