We came to watch the World Cup Finals and ended up staying for lunch! The unbeatable atmosphere for the match, followed by amazing roast pork belly! Friendly, yet professional service by the team really hit the spot and we can't wait to be back!

Amazing pub, we came as a family of six and everyone was mightily impressed with all aspects of the pub. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were efficiently shown to our reserved table. Drinks arrived quickly from the smiling waitress and she proceeded to answer all our questions about the menu (even making recommendations on her favourite dishes) the food arrived in good time and was fresh & tasty. The portions were massive so we didn't have room for dessert but finished the meal off with a nice port from the knowledgeable barman. 5 stars, we will be back very soon!!

Arrived in jovial spirits after an enlightening afternoon on the Heath of Hampstead. We were served throughout by the attentive, chatty and engaged Summer who kept our glasses full for the duration of our stay. We had already eaten our Sunday lunch however saw many impressive roasts, laden with Yorkshire Puddings aplenty, being delivered during the course of our stay. The rugby world cup televised in the background added to the hearty atmosphere. Would recommend to all and will be returning in future.
