Lovely staff..I hope they get a bonus for all their hard work. I think customer service here is good. Very welcoming people who are always helpful and nice. Great coffee too!

Very helpful, welcoming staff especially the chatty and decent man . He often wears a face mask. I also find that very reassuring since so many people don't. The atmosphere is chilled . The tables are clean and it's spacious. Very efficient service and good location

Great coffee shop with plenty of seating in a busy location. The latte tasted great and the workers were friendly, welcoming and keeping the place clean and tidy 👍🏼

Oh my God, as a tourist I don't want to go anywhere else but Caffè Nero. They're They're lovely bunch the staff that is. Very kind and courteous, and the place is always clean.

I thank Stevo /Stèfones and other blocke which i forgotten his name sadly when i was the shop today
I told Stevo my last visit wasn't pleasant because my oat late i had wasn't not taste good as always
He made me one on the house instantly taste was great as usual
They both are kind , very helpful and hard working pp
Hats on those kind gentlemen for great service ,carrying customer and knowing importance of the brand value .

Standard food for the chain: toasts, paninis, salads, mac and cheese etc. Staff very attentive and well organised. London prices, toast+coffee about £8-9.

The venue was very pristine and presentable. You had a nice warm and inviting decor and the staff as ever was friendly.
My only criticism what's that the air-con was on a little bit too and therefore chilly.

Good selection of food was available.
Plenty of seats were available.
Managed to tick off another three drinks from my loyalty card.
Will visit more branches.

Went to Café Nero with one of my university team, to chill and then work on the coursework. They have a great wifi, most comfortable sofa and great coffee. Great combination for students looking to be productive.<br/><br/>Atmosphere is really cozy. Nice location, pretty close to City University as well. Staff is friendly. The barista was Italian, then he knew how to make coffee.<br/><br/>I had a Capaccucino and chocolate twist. Will defintely reccomend the same. Had a great time. Will go back again.
