The last of its kind. Live music every day. An array of artists showcasing the best of the London music scene. No better place on
Magic hidden place to listen to amazing artists ! Thanks for last Saturday night ✌🏾️
If you are ever looking for a really cool underground music venue in Camden then look no further it looks like you have found it. This place has been here for over 12 years so why have you never been? The reason could be because it’s so off the beaten track and is definitely classed as hard to find. It’s a tiny place with a tiny stage I would say around 60 or 70 people would fill downstairs which makes it amazing for a close up experience of live music.
The place is really eclectic with a feel of exclusivity, if you were here when a new discovery was playing then the immersion would be total. It has a tiny bar at the back of the room which really suits the venue I only have one problem with this place and that’s why it’s only got four stars. I have a pet hate, when I buy a drink I just want what I want. But I won’t trash the place for that or go into details. There is a good range of alcohol on sale but no food as far as I know, but plenty of food places around the venue.
There is a really cool room upstairs away from the music downstairs. This place also incorporates a record company of the same name. I’ve only come into contact with one member of staff and he is great.
To get to this place is really easy it’s about a five minute walk for able bodied people, from the underground station which is Chalk Farm. Parking is a nightmare. I suppose I could say it’s wheelchair friendly because the entrance is ground level. All in all this venue will give you a totally immersive experience if you are going to listen to live music. The music is indi so if that’s your thing then enjoy.
The Spiritual Bar is honestly one of the best venues you could ever go to to watch new live music. They pay the musicians to keep quality high and the vibe is 2nd to none. Very much a dying breed, but thanks to the team there. I don’t think it’s going anywhere. Go on any night. Tuesday is the open mike night if you want to get up and sing. Wednesday Thursday Friday, Saturday they have nights where they get different axe to come and play. Any day works. More chilled on Wednesday obviously, but sometimes that’s nicer. If you want to have a party, go on a Friday or Saturday.
Have passed it so many times but I thought it'd be a tacky bar based on the name.
Friends were going there so I came with no expectations. Turns out it's one of the best bars in London with some of the finest musicians I've seen.
Such a great dynamic between the musicians & what soulful voices. Got lost in the performances. A place of transcendental music.
It's full of long time locals, non pretentious, the owner Raf is there & the crowd is easy going & appreciate music.
The venue is intimate & the stage is tiny so you feel you really feel part of the experience. I love that people have to duck their head under the guitar to get out of the door.
Such a truly great bar.
Outstanding cool fun bar. So perfect for post Roundhouse. Better than the roundhouse!
I visited the Spiritual Bar on Wednesday 25th May. The bar is close to the 27 bus stop (Tesco) & the nearest tube station Chalk Farm. I went to see live music from Melanie Baker, Joel, Thom & Gigi. The venue is best described as intimate, attendees were able to meet the musicians

Great musical venue. Fast service and cheap drinks. Amazing live musical acts!
Friendly staff, reasonable prices and good love music. Nice atmosphere in an intimate bar, and open late at weekend.
It's always a VIBE, much love to Spiritual Bar! Oh, and they serve the BEST Caipirinha in town, taste to believe!
Really good music venue, there is a small entry fee but I think it's worth it if you want a night of live music in a small but friendly venue
Great place for a pint and some live music.
